This shaver is normally £300. It's a serious piece of kit!!

Decent price! I bought this for £156.95 in the black friday promotion!

I still find I occasionally need to finish off with a blade but the point of getting it for me was to get rid of the razor burn and it's done exactly that!

Shaver does take a bit longer than I had hoped but this is as good as it gets with my wire-like stubble.

It certainly is.
Seriously expensive!

I am a fan of electric shavers, but at best they are way behind a cheap disposable blade, and foil shavers as good as they are, have the annoying problem of having the most fragile part of any device known to man - one slight knock to the foil, and it's knackered :-(

The foil is replaced when the blades need replacing. The foils themselves are spring loaded so will absorb slight knocks with ease but you can always replace them early if the foil becomes damaged or certain specialist shops can replace just the foil but it's almost the cost of replacing the lot.

Exactly, and a tip is, examine the foil every time you use it, I have ripped my face open once on a damaged foil before!
