They also got Trizone 1000 for £14.50 and Professional Care 3000 for £24.50. Still couple left from each.

Managed to bag one in our local store also.

I have this one and can highly recommend it. Takes some getting used to if you have sensitive teeth though as it much more thorough than inferior models.

Tesco extra North Shields didn't have any Professional 1000s or 3000s left, but they had plenty of the Trizone 1000s left at £14.99

Take it back if you haven't used it. 1000 model is sufficient. No requirement for more resolution than this model. However the 2000 model is £19.95 and as stated above the 3000 model is £24.95. Trizone brush heads were also on off at £5 for x2 pack.

Exactly the same here!

There are a few guides about on the net about how to replace the batteries in these. I've just replaced mine with an AA Eneloop and it is now much better than it was when new - the battery lasts about 10 days.

Had mine over 4 years and still love it. Only problem I have is that the battery light doesn't warn me no more, it just cuts off then and then flashes red.

My one needs charging every 4-5 days till it decides to die on me half way thru brushing. There is a vid on YouTube showing battery replacement but seems more hassle than it's worth

Electric sockets in bathroom are very handy

I've had one of these for 4-5 years and it now takes about 24 hours to get it up to a full charge and it then starts slowing down after only 2-3 days use. I've been waiting for a good deal on a replacement so this deal is perfect for me. I can't believe anyone ever pays full price for them.

I just bought the last Pro 3000 in Helston. There was one TriZone 1000 left on the shelf at £14.50.

This OralB is not a rechargeable but of course you can use rechargeable batteries in it. It is £8.69 now but was £5.44 when I bought two a few weeks ago. The cleaning action is powerful enough as you would expect from a Braun product.

I have noticed that the price varies on Amazon - it has been up to nearly £10! Don't know why the price keeps changing but if you are interested, recommend you keep an eye on the price to buy at best value.

The advantage is you can take it abroad and buy replacement batteries if necessary; whereas with a rechargeable toothbrush, you may need suitable adaptors and a voltage converter to recharge abroad, unless the toothbrush is one which can be used with different voltages.
