Excellent price, Excellent toothbrush, as a dentist i recommend this one personally, but any electric toothbrush is good IMO. Mainly with braun it has to be the Professional range tho :) Heat from me

How you did that? I order it at the end of November.

I ordered a shaver and a week later it was reduced by £4 or so, created a fuss but no refund :(

This may be a good price but honestly people just get a Braun 1000, it's as good as it gets. The rest is just gimmick. Save yourself £25!

A lot of people have been saying that the floss action braun heads are wearing down their fillings. I have used them every day for a month. As you are a dentist do you know if there is any truth in this? It feels like they do get your teeth a lot cleaner than the standard heads.

I own this - best investment in years

I am the only who has this and has been slightly disappointed? After 3 years it never holds its charge but they've made it so you cant replace the battery without breaking it. Considering its been used twice a day for 3 years ive hardly got the holloywood smile you'd expect considering its the "best brush ever". Its good and does the job, nothing special though.

What did you say to them to get the difference back?

I did it like twice in total with amazon over the past few years. Not exactly on this product though. All I did is write them an email quoting the order#, say I am not very happy about the fact the price dropped soon after my order. Just a simple 1 min email without much explanation and they refunded the difference to me. Top service!

toastyyyyy,
Are you sure this product has been out for over 3 years? Cant comment for a long term experience but mine is still perfect after 9 months of usage.

I bought this year before last for OH. He was regularly having to go to the hygienist. Since having this toothbrush hardly ever has to visit the hygienist.

Missed the price drop last time so now was the time to order :) HOT HOT HOT!
My friends have strongly recommended this tbrush and they have been using electric ones for over 10 years now. For them, this one is the best they had so far!

You can change it! Battery costs 5 pounds and you need someone good in electronics. I have a friend who replace two times the batteries from braun toothbrusses.

Had numerous versions of these over 10 years until I bought the following two months ago. They just don't compare. The Philips is a million times better. Don't make a mistake in buying this and make sure you buy this:

Emailed and said I wasn't happy about paying more - they of course said 'tough', so once the brush arrived I emailed back and said that i wanted to return the brush at it was now £10 cheaper so they conceded. Guess you have leverage until you've used the product as the return and refund would cost them more.

Hope that helps!

How would the return and refund cost them more (then paying you back the difference) when you bare the cost of returning the item?

Yeah, I bought one at £65. Was thinking to buy one now at £54.62, then return it but request the retunr on the £65 one. Then I remembered return postage cost. Grrrr....

Do Amazon Prime members get free returns perhaps? Im currently on the free trial...

If it isn't faulty, I doubt that any retailer would refund the postage as none is required to do so under distance selling regulations.

Bought one recently for £65 and it is a fantastic toothbrush. On all the review sites and articles, this came out on top. Great price!
#23

Well ,shouldn't complain ,at least my teeth feel super clean :)
