That's a very good price - I've got one and we use it all the time - well worth the money - sometimes the discs are on special offer as well in Tesco (I think they are currently) - 4 packs for £10.

excellent, been looking for one of these!!!

i see that discount code works on the senseo coffee maker and also the new krups dolce gusto. probably works on more. if you put in the senseo black you get it for £27.99 after the discount.

I recently bought one of these from John Lewis for £64.99 using a £15 off plus free delivery code from this site (normally £79.99) so this is an excellent price. However.... some how when looking into purchasing this machine I must have registered interest, probably via the Tassimo site, as I received a £20 cash back offer from Braun/Tassimo if I purchased one between the end of October and the end of Jan 2007 which I had. I've now sent this off so all being well I will have paid £44.99 including delivery. Sorry I cant be more specific re where the cash back voucher came from as I've had to send it off.

For anyone buying these (I paid £40 2nd hand :)), dont bother with any of the t-discs that require the creamer/milk.

For example, the cappucino is just 9 espresso + 9 creamer. Its better to buy the 18 espresso and ditch the creamer.

They dont taste that good anyway and I have found that warming a cup of milk in the microwave until it bubbles and then whisking with one of those little electric cappucino whisks before putting an espresso on top is cheaper and tasting miles better than the cr*ppy creamer. You can have 18 for the price of 9!

Would agree with that. Buy the espresso and boil up your own milk.

PS Great price by the way. Paid about £100 for ours about a year ago.
Don't forget to register and gets special offers on the discs.
Enjoy all.:)

If anyone has one of these cashback vouchers that they're not intending on using, I'd really like it!

Oh also, for what it's worth, those who comment that the coffee can be improved upon, either by using another machine or by jigging with milk etc, I thought the reason for these new "pod" machines was that they made it quick and simple to push out a half decent cup of coffee!?

Just ordered the cheaper Pod machine on advice of Pa In law, who also told me that the pods are in Poundland, £1 for 18 pods !

Thanks for the link, i used the 20% off code, of 20COFFEE and picked it up in store for £55.19.
Only difference being my local store only had the silver and not the black.
