Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt, Dextrose), Rapeseed Oil, Wheat Flour, Water, Salt.

It's literally impossible to have a goujon that's 100% chicken breast, because then it would just be a fillet...

Halal?

Depends on your view but there is no label or anything stating otherwise so I would be inclined to say no.

Have bought these many times and they are tasty for £2!

What am I missing they're just breaded chicken how bad can they possibly be, or is just that they're junk food so must derided by some?

It's like eating cardboard...dry and tasteless, nothing to do with them being junk food for me.

I'm assuming they're just chicken breast strips so how do they end up tasting like cardboard?

Are these reformed chicken?

63% is actually pretty high! my children won't touch Birdseye Crispy Chicken but devour these and this pack is larger than I expected, 23 large goujons.

This product was previously frozen and has been restored to shill temperature
under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing. From the packaging and noticed at the same time the quality changed. I don't buy anything like this from there anymore because like others have said you'd be better off eating cardboard.

+1 rubbery and tasteless not worth £2.

Might be 'breast" meat but it's probably mechanically separated leftovers from the breast bone.

That has to be stated in the ingredients, so I highly doubt it... the lack in taste is probably because it needs some paprika/cayenne pepper added to the coating. They haven't even added pepper which is bizarre really!

Haha yes! I shouldn't let it wind me up, but when people state the 'low' chicken percentage in battered/coated burgers, etc it really grinds my gears. The cynicism and breakdown of food ingredients is probably my biggest pet peeve of HUKD'ers!

Its the fact people blindly believe whatever nonsense is in the media regards food and how everyone is out to poison the consumers. If only they knew how much money goes into food safety at major manufacturers etc, and the millions they pay out for spurious contrived food complaints, they'd think again.
