Great for finding the loo roll when the electric goes off - have some heat!

This seems to be the same thing with different branding. Doesn't look very useful to me.

How will you find the device first?

Many of these cheaper "night vision devices" are no more than a pretty standard cmos imager - not optimised for IR and certainly not multiplicative. They "see" in bad light, or total darkness, only when there is a light source, such as the built-in IR illuminator. I suspect that this may be one of these....ie , not much better than a bog-standard digital camera used with an IR torch

Perfect for dogging.

Anything with Bresser in brand is normally pretty ropey. We see lots of Bresser telescopes and without exception people are always disappointed. Bresser tend to push the theoretical specs, eg. 700x magnification or some such rubbish.

Avoid. Just avoid.

... I've had two of their binoculars, and been really happy with both.

They've gotta be reasonable spec, and supplied direct from amazon.

Hmm are you sure you want to see who and what is going on ?

Does this actually work? I think my eyes adjusts to the dark in a minute or so

Mines here and it works pretty well. Its so small and light you can fasten it to a rifle sight with an elastic band. But either my illuminator is duff or I can't figure out how to turn it on. :-(

Figured it out you have to press and hold the up arrow to activate the light and adjust it.
