Very good reviews on Amazon. Seems like a good investment for £20!

The Blend-Active is a personal blender from Breville that is designed for those on the go, who want to enjoy quick, easy and nutritious shakes, smoothies and slushies with no hassle – simply blend and go.
The Breville Blend-Active provides simple and quick blending with portable, durable and shatterproof bottles so that you can save all your hard work for the gym, office or school. Simply put your favourite ingredients in the bottle, attach the blade unit, pop it onto the base unit, blend to your liking then replace the blades with the SuperSeal leak proof lid and go.

With one touch operation making blending fast and simple, the Blend-Active can be useful for milk and protein shakes for the health-conscious, slushies for the fun-lovers and smoothies for the fruity ones amongst us. Detachable angled stainless steel blades maximise performance and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher, the SuperSeal lid prevents unwanted spills and leaks along the way.

The Eastman Tritan Copolyester bottles are durable, shatterproof, and odour, taste and stain resistant. Every Blend-Active comes with two bottles as well as measuring guides to help you get the ideal blend every time.

Box Contains
1 x Breville VBL062 Base Unit
2 x 600ml Eastman tritan copolyester bottles with lockable lids
1 x Instruction booklet

One of the photos on Amazon has it with ice in it, so I'd say... yes :)

Gem look on Amazon page and you can see reviews ,next to it is answered questions. Some guy asked if its any good for frozen fruit and someone replied frozen fruit and ice cubes are no problem.

giving this ago after receiving a fake nutribullet from ebay - amazon's customer service is bulletproof if it dies.

Worth saving a quid or two and going through Flubit or purchasing directly?
#8
got one a few weeks ago, excellent bit of kit, frozen fruit and ice is no problem
#9
Ice isn't a problem, just need a bit of liquid in it too when blending :) I make milkshakes with mine.

Depends if you want to take the gamble, as the graph shows it doesn't stay reduced for long. Although saying that, Flubit do tend to still offer the the original price discount if it ends up going up...

Got this a couple of months ago at same price. It's changed my life - you won't believe how much fruit n veg u get thru - I stock up on whatever Aldi have in their super 6 every week and blend the lot!

I thought if the price were to go up the order would then become void. So if this shoots back up to £30 and when I placed the order before the discounted rate was £20, would they honour the original placed price then?

Also if I were to receive a defect unit or I face any issues later on, who do I deal this with? Amazon or Flubit. If Flubit is it a hassle?

Kind of wary going with Flubit and missing this deal as this has been something which I been meaning to buy for months.

just go with Amazon, it's cheap enough already and you wont regret it. flubit are pretty crap now, you'll save peanuts and be waiting ages for it

Great blender, really convenient too would recommend this to anyone especially at this price. 8)

It has been this price for a while now. I bought mine about a month ago at this price on Amazon. I'd say it's worth the gamble. :-)

just ordered thanks

Flubit offered me it for £18.80 for those thinking about using them :)
#18
Price gone up to £26 now.

Yup, by the time my Flubit offer came through (also at £18.80) this had gone back up; thankfully placed my order in before then.

Thank you mamboboy for posting this! For those that missed this keep an eye out as the price does tend to fluctuate a lot.

My suggestion: Go onto http://camelcamelcamel.com/ and track this deal by setting a desired price, you'll receive an alert next time this drops to £20 again.
