We have this car seat and am gutted we paid more for it just after christmas. However, it is brilliant car seat. Would recommend.
#5
scores very well on the which survey for good carseats
#6
Good I'm looking for 2 as my twins will have grown out of their car seats very soon
#7
Would you recommend buying this if you were in the market just for a group2-3 carseat?
#8
We have this and its fabuouse 100% reccomend it. We paid £100 a year ago!
#9
fantastic find - my daughter has this in pink and its by far the best car seat about - def gonna get another cause have been on the look out for a while!
#10

very nice, how do i know if this will fit my car? is 3 point adult belt only a standard seat belt?
i have a leon Y-reg and had tons of trouble finding a baby car set, none fit my car cos i have isofix, so seat belt never reached around a car seat, so got one for misses instead, would be nice if can get one for myself, now baby is little older :)
#12
Wow! I wouldn't get it in those colours! Our little one has been sick a couple of times in the back of the car, luckily we got the black one. If there's a colour option, go for black... Otherwise a great seat at a great price.
#13
Is it not isofix?
#15
Excellent find OP

Fit finder here to find out if it is compatible with your car:

Nope get a 2-3 seat, this seat is good but its trying to do everything so not as good as a decent 2-3 seat like the Britax Evolva 23
#18
This is a very good seat. I especially like it as you can use the integrated harness until the child is 6 if need be and then just use as a high back booster with a normal seatbelt.

Think they mean one like this, this is group 2-3

Forget that just realised they mean the evolva one, doh!
#21
Got one last year for £75 from toys r us, good allround seat. easy access and strap in for those little angels
#22
I can recommend this seat highly. Bought it because it got one of the best safety scores in the which reports, it is a really nice seat and it is good that it is not too high up like most group 1 seats are because my son could climb in and out of it easy when he was smaller.
#23
I picked one of these up today - I stumbled across these yesterday. The one I collected actually isnt this colour mine is grey and black.

Someone had scribbled out the original catalogue number and wrote this one on with a biro.
#24
Just got one of these from Southampton Argos but the colour was Red and Black, looks really good! Thanks for this post.

I'm not sure why everyone is having trouble installing it I have used my son's one in at least six different cars including a mondeo, skoda fabia, ka, corsa, bmw and a suzuki swift with no problems.

Cheers

Just emailed Kiddicare for a price match and will keep fingers crossed as my argos are renowened for reserving items and then you go to collect they been sold.
#28
Just been to pick mine up from Durham and they've given me the Ellen colour which is red/black, even more of a bargain because that one is £149.99 online!!! Odd how on the website that particular colour is out of stock for home delivery & not available for collection

The wifes going for another one in Sunderland tommorrow, hopefully another colour.

Nearly bought one of these for £110 from Mothercare on Saturday! So glad I didn't!

The Evolva 2-3 has now been replaced (but you can still get it from Mothercare for £40, great carseat for age 4+) but tbh if you have any smaller children or are planning anymore I would get this one.

heat and rep to OP i got this today from Argos - great price and its actually the black one i got . They said instore that this is the one your supposed to get as the other colour is a misprint . So for those that want the black one this is it.

Only issue i have is my other half who has gone psycho on me and wants this:

Any one have any pointers for my argument as she is driving me crazy....

You could point out that it will only last until your child is 4 years old? Therefore false ecenomy!

Also, we have a Britax car seat that lasts up to four years and already (our daughter is 2 1/2 yrs) I struggle to lift her into it over the side bits. The Evolva has a flat base and your child should be able to climb in themselves, so no straining your back
