While it is difficult to say exactly what makes a British film, I would say that most of these films could be called British (certainly Confetti, Monty, Wanda, Chariots, The Queen etc).

But Titanic ?

Director is Canadian, one main star American, the other British.

All three production companies involved were American.

Or is it because the ship was British ?
