  i dont think it taste like a proper mature cheese i have bought this and was dissapointed with its mature label to me its more of a mild tasting than a mature cheese

  As already said this was around at Christmas because it was a Christmas promotion so any stock stores have will be once sold its gone. The store I work at shifted it off to other stores because we was allocated to much/it never sold so well so we have non so other stores will be in the same boat. Maybe have some maybe not. Either way I liked the Cheese and felt it was always a good buy.
  
  As said it had been reduced at some places also due to mass volume in store but it was all dated to March at earliest I remember so well worth it of you can pick it up.
  
  The Wykes Farm Cheese is only on the 3 for £5 on the Mature product and that is part of a 3 for £5 along with Muller Corner 6 packs and a few other things, another good offer if you ask me.

  I bought 2 packs of this and the 2nd free block of cheese had mould on it.

  I love chedder - but disliked this cheese. It was hard to grate as well. Tasted a bit too "vintage" to my liking. But good value if you do like it! :)

  These packs are now down to £3.00 each in my local store.
  
  At under £4.29 per kilo this has to be the cheapest mature cheddar currently available from a supermarket.
