Just been down our local Tesco at Cradley Heath and they have some very nice Pork Shoulder Joints at better than half price.

They had a lot left when we were down there, pretty sure this is nationwide. Assuming it is! :)

£2.19 per KG. Was £4.99 per KG.

oooh!! i love a nice bit of pork!! they've got huge "carvery" joints there also!! really cheap,will check price on them shortly!!

Most of the joints in my local were pretty big and looked pretty good, brendinho, you should go get some! :D. Nice bit of Crackling on top too. Making myself hungry! :D

HOT HOT HOT! I always buy shoulders when they're reduced, freeze them, then cook them the Jamie Oliver way for approx 5 - 6 hours where there's literally no waste.. seriously!
Shoulder is quite fatty, however, this is just what you need when you want to slow roast a joint..
Below is the link to how I cook it, its brilliant, i get all my mates round, buy a couple of dozen white rolls and the meat just falls off the bones.. give it a go, any probs give me a shout..
Its great scoff after a few beers, and i can feed 10 of my mates for less than £10 ( when the shoulders are on offer..)

i love it,but my gfriend not fussed,other way round with lamb!! but i do love a cold pork sarnie the day afetr,with some wholegrain mustard!!
