Brother HL2130 Mono Laser Printer £35.99 Inc Vat @ Viking Direct
Laser printer for £35.99, plus Quidco or TCB. Use the link as when you search it does not bring the item up. I got this link from customer services due to problems when ordering. Orcinus Orca was the OP on the last deal, now expired, So in some way this deal is a result of the last posting. You can add something to the order to make it £36. I found batteries here: http://www.viking-direct.co.uk/a/pb/Excel-Alkaline-AA-Batteries-4-Pack/pr=Q28&id=5597217/ at 20p excluding vat, if you need something to bump the price up.
The printer is showing as "in stock" if it goes out of stock you can still back order and they will send it when more stock arrives, but at this price.

Is the link to the previous deal, now expired, which contains good information on refills & replacement toner.

bother with delivery or the printer? what bother?

It was on back order, but they never sent it - even when they received more units. The order did not specify a price either. Many emails were sent to sort it out. I was told wrongly it would be here Monday, but no courier details or tracking were provided. The emails I sent later were simply ignored so I went to the Office Depot executive office, customer relations, in the U.S, who are known for resolving these issues. It was passed on to the UK office and I received an email this morning explaining that it would be with me today and as a gesture of goodwill they would refund the price paid to my card. Printer is in now so happy it was resolved. Seems things go wrong more than they go right recently.
They seem quite confused. I was going to get another as they sent a voucher for 22% off the ex vat price. But, I don't want to fight with them again. And that has put me off. I used the code and it seems to have gone through without any hassle. I don't know if the code is a one use job but incase anyone wants to try it: 1202772 is the code. If it works for you, you could maybe let me know.
http://www.viking-direct.co.uk/catalog/catalogSku.do?id=5587668&pr=Q72 - Is the link if you want cashback (TCB or Quidco) Go through the cashback site and then paste the address above after you look at a few things first. If you click the link above it adds stuff to the end so cashback might get declined. The address for the printer is an unusual one and you cant find it by doing a search.

Nice wee printer, my first laser after finally getting fed up with inkjets (My HP decided it needed me to shell out a s**tload of money to get a new printhead, more money than the printer cost, grrr!)
Hope it lasts for a good while...

mine is 2 years old, works like new and still on original toner after printing 2000+ pages! Inkjets do about 100 pages. Beyond me why everyone doesnt have laser printers these days as its an economic no brainer.
