Cheaper than the Steam sale! I don't know much about Brothers, but with some great reviews (a 90 metascore on PC), and below 2 quid, it's looking hard to pass up.

Some description from the Amazon page:

Guide two brothers on an epic fairy tale journey from visionary Swedish film director, Josef Fares and top-tier developer Starbreeze Studios.

Control both brothers at once as you experience co-op play in single player mode, like never before.

Solve puzzles, explore the varied locations and fight boss battles, controlling one brother with each thumbstick.

A man, clinging to life. His two sons, desperate to cure their ailing father, are left with but one option. They must set out upon a journey to find and bring back the "Water of Life" as they come to rely on one another to survive. One must be strong where the other is weak, brave where the other is fearful, they must be... Brothers.

This is one journey you will never forget.

Also heard this is a great game, not tried it myself yet. Heat from me for the price. And don't forget to check out the weekly competition:)

TotalBiscuit said that it is possibly the best game he has ever played. I bought it in the steam sale and gonna try it soon.

I liked this game so much that I bought it on Steam after I played through the PS+ version. Higher framerate, higher resolution graphics and also Playstation Plus isn't forever. I dont want to lose this gem if PS+ were to be cancelled 10 years from now or if it just isn't worth purchasing PS+ anymore.

I bought it solely on his recommendation when it was on during the steam sale and for the price shown on this deal it's cheap enough to take the plunge, haven't got round to playing it yet but it looks very promising. A controller is required to play this however.

I think it's actually pretty good though... in spite of TotalBiscuit liking it. X)

I'm very unlikely to go back to an 'indie' game after playing it once or even twice. but hey, thats me. But don't get me started with that 'elite' pc stuff.

I played through this game just over the weekend, it is short, the experience is somewhat cinematic, graphically artistic, certainly worth a play through but I don't think its as great as its being made out to be.

You do need some gamepad skills for sure to be able to play through it, the puzzling elements are very easy and somewhat repetitive, and gameplay is incredibly linear.

It is difficult saying any more without adding spoilers, but I feel personally the more underrated Papa & Yo had a better storyline with its own equally repetitive puzzle nature.

It is worth going back to for the achievements, just to experience a little more of the story, you will most likely need a guide for such though as figuring them out may not be logical, or for that matter you may miss areas where such play out.

A play through once game, of around 4-5 hours, taking in another hour to complete all achievements. Certainly worth £1.76 of anyones money that likes games with story and a certain level of emotion. Just do not expect much more than very simple puzzling. Definitely the sort of game you would appreciate if you played through Papa & Yo, but as said personally I do not feel its quite as good, YMMV.
