This is the definitive Dickinson package, and includes nearly/over six hours of videos and live performances, and previously unreleased and archive material.

Bruce Dickinson is still the proverbial human whirlwind of activity, having made his mark both as the frontman of the legendary Iron Maiden and as a longstanding solo artist, with a catalogue that includes six studio albums of his own plus several concert releases. In addition to his musical talents, Bruce is also well known as a BBC Radio deejay, TV broadcaster, Airline Pilot, sword-fencing expert, novelist, family man and voice of modern music.

Bruce says: It's fantastic to share all of this collection with my fans. These DVDs contain rare material that people either won't know exists or have been unable to buy.

Massively worthwhile if you're a Bruce fan.

More cowbell!

P.S. I never actually understood that one because it was Sandy Pearlman who produced the Blue Oyster Cult... was there another Bruce Dickinson in America?
#5
Bruce is about as rock and roll as my dad's accountant.

Hot if you are a fan I guess.

Aaah... it is all clear now:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/More_cowbell

Christopher Walken portrays a character named Bruce Dickinson, who is identified as the producer of "(Don't Fear) The Reaper". However, the song was actually produced by Sandy Pearlman.[3] Bruce Dickinson was a mid-level manager at Columbia Records whose name appears on a Blue Öyster Cult greatest hits CD as the "reissue producer". This Bruce Dickinson is not the vocalist for British heavy metal band Iron Maiden, hence the humor in his boastful declaration of being "THE Bruce Dickinson", as the character was based upon a far less famous figure.

Erm the man fences, flies aircraft, presents his own radio show and all whilst fronting one of biggest and most influential heavy metal bands in the world. If he could be more rock and roll bar dying horribly of an early drug or alcohol induced death I'd love to know :p

Although I have to say that after inviting Gazza on tour in Europe, they had to dump him because HE was drinking too much :w00t:

haha fair enough - guess it depends on what you reckon to be rock and roll I guess.

Look I have a wee soft spot for maiden - Live After Death is one of the best live albums ever made - but lets be honest they are like a business run by middle aged men in spandex.

Bruce himself was talking recently about how regimented Iron Maiden is. The music they make now and have done for a while is a soul-less regurgitation of former glories churned out by businessmen - nothing wrong with that mind, but that aint what i call no rock and roll.

I think you're mistaking Maiden for U2....
