It's all about Dax wax, best styling product bar none. Nightmare to wash out though.

It took me a whole 5 days of shampooing every day to get rid of *most* of it. Avoid Dax if you don't want to have a greasy mop on your head.. I much prefer Wella's Shockwave range.

Hot deal......... BUT........is it just me or does Brylcream always smell funny
#14
Brylcreem used to have a rock hard wax which I had to use a lightbulb to melt before applying. They stopped selling that for some reason. The next best is shockwaves matt clay, the one im currently using is the brylcreem cream. Holds really well with a matt look not shiny or greasy looking, not a crazy teenager anymore and no need for the greasy look.

As already said

The thing is you need hair on your head to put it on.
#16
yeah this has been around for a while now, not the greatest product but a lot of the gels etc are just rebranded anyway
#17
I remember this from when I was young - my dad used it and the barber used to put it on after a cut. It just used to stick the hair down like glue and left your pillow like greaseproof paper. Nasty stuff - and it smells foul :(

It goes in the same box as Old Spice, the paint stripper that passed as After Shave!

I've got a pot that's a couple of years old. think it's "ripened" somehow - sticks your hand to your head if you try and put it on...seriously, may as well style my hair with epoxy resin...can wash my hair till my scalp's raw, the stuff still ain't coming out :)
