NOTICE: Shows as stock due in 3-4 days. But with the Zyxel adapters back at their usual price this may be worth waiting for.

Powerline adapters are the ideal way of creating a home network or complementing an existing Wi-Fi connection.
Powerline Adapters will help you reach those areas of your home where Wi-Fi signal is either too weak or cannot reach.
Supports speeds of up to 200Mbps. This can easily satisfy applications such as video, gaming, digital music, file sharing, and Internet browsing in the home.

The following items are included in your PG902 package:

* A pair of PG902 adapters
* One Ethernet cable
* One copy of this user guide

Back up to £78.29 on this link - that was fast!!

Now showing at £78.29!

But not a good buy at the posted price. OP has rightly indicated that these use the DS2 chipset, which is not compatible with the Homeplug (TM) system. Virtually no manufacturers are using the DS2.

Stick to Homeplug AV or Homeplug 85 kit, then you are guaranteed compatibility between manufacturers. If a unit fails it will be easy to replace. DS2 is the Betamax of powerline networking, or the HD-DVD.

Yeah I was rather ****** off about them changing to DS2, since I had homeplug ones and they sent these with BT Vision. Useless bricks, woop.

Link adjusted. Price should now show as £48.93.

Voted cold. Good discount from the usual price though.

Try these:

Max Value 85 Mbps Home Plug, Double Unit Pack £39.13
Comes with 2 plugs and 2 ethernet cables.

It isnt 200 Mbps but unless you need that speed (unlikely) the little beauties above work a treat. Am gaming online on my ps3 with these.

Take this offer for what it is, a good price to expand your existing DS2 powerline network.

Personally I have the Zyxel Homeplug cable router (£25 @ PC World - what a deal!) and 4 x 200MBit home plugs, which are great for streaming video/music to the living room/kitchen and copying files back and forth from/to my HP MediaVault.

Giving the £10 difference (while the offer was available) I would not want to go back to my old 85Mbit Solwise adapters.

Good points made.

I do like the look of these as you can still use the socket for electricity.....are there any other brands that you can 'plug through?'
#9
Solwise make a piggy back version that uses the Homeplug AV standard.

If you like the BT one, you will love their NET-PLA-AV-3E-PIGGY6
model.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find either models for a fair price.
