Have to disagree on their assertion they provide the strongest wi-fi signal, as it's weaker than the talk Talk router was in my house. That and prices going up soon will see me exercising my get out clause to leave early.

Is £34p/m for 76mbps + phone line a good deal? (18-month contract.)

The BT hubs Wifi performance is shockingly bad, and the firmware is so badly written there is a 50/50 chance, anything you plug into it will break it.

OK, a slight exaggeration, but it is still a steaming pile of cow poo.

Just swapped over to BT Business broadband (8mbps) and I have to say the evening and week end speeds are better than my old provider. I would say the BT hubs wifi is stronger than my old router as well but what was beyond poor was the change over process. Signed the order forms on the 24/11/16 for 3 lines, 1 including broadband, and 3 call packages. Had to chase it up on the 29/12/16, then only the broadband line came over on the 13/1/17, with no call package attached. Many phone calls later, there is a possibility that the other two lines came over on Thursday, but nothing is yet showing on my account. Spoke to one department who told me the lines had definitely swapped over, but another got transferred to another department to make sure the call packages had been added, and they said there was no records showing the lines coming over??? Pi## up and brewery spring to mind

Customer service departments are useless sometimes and they fail at the most basic things. As you've given customer helpline a chance I suggest you do what I do and up the anti: Send a detailed email to Mr Patterson and I'll guarantee you'll have a resolution with a few days. With some compensation if you ask.

Ours works perfectly with every device bar laptop (works when it wants) upstairs and no idea why. Have smart setup off. iPhone works next to laptop in question so don't understand why laptop would be intermittent. Laptop was working with it perfect till bout 3 weeks ago and now having this problem.

For up to 38mb download speed, I'll be paying Sky about £38 including the line rental and this is an increase in speed, so it's worth trying out. I'm still waiting for Virgin to come to our village, and then I'll be happy!

I've signed up for this deal, including the cashback it works out to around £15 per month, that almost half what I was paying virgin

I took out ( New Customer Infinity BT Broadband + Calls ) on the 21st of March 2017 with TopCashBack at the last moment of BTs deal and I completed the order though TCB with BT but I added on the £8.99 Unlimited Anytime Calls, but I am a bit confused, I don't know if it was compulsory for me to add on the Unlimited Anytime Calls, because I saw the + Calls bit on TCB I thought I had to add the Calls onto my package or was it ?? If this add on was not compulsory I don't know if I would lose the CashBack from TopCashBack if I ask BT to remove it, I have asked TCB but no reply yet, Has anybody else done this.
