Yes but I prefer using EE network as Virgin is pants round here.

I dunno, more like downvoting petrol prices at Texaco garages because you don't live near one. Or Amazon deals because you don't have Prime.
Voted hot because I'm not spiteful :p

I did everything online. Logged onto my BT account, and in the 'Mobile' section, click on the 'Manage your mobile' button, and then click on the 'Change your plan' button. This then takes you to a 'Progess you order' screen which which eventually lead you to a screen to allow you to change your mobile plan.

I did everything online

Cheers wlam. Will give it a go.
Update:
Changed! Nice to see that it states 'No change to contract length'

If it's cold for almost all of you, then fine, I am not worried at all... Thought that extra 250MB with NO CHANGE of price and lenghth of the contract is more like deal for me than buying some old junk Nokia 3310 :) You probably don't understand it ;)

BRILLIANT. Dont think people understood this post. I first chatted with BT and they said it was only for new customers but today I followed the instructions at #16 and it worked great. Basically I changed my existing plan with the 500mb to the 750mb and it didn't change my contract length. Same price too. FANTASTIC

Does anyone know if the increase from 500Mb to 750Mb for £5 per month stopped
