For anyone wondering why they still make corded phones....all houses are advised to have at least one plug on old style phone...especially the elderly. If you have a power cut..new style phones will not work and not everyone has mobiles to use. We have one in the kitchen and have made sure all of my elderly relatives have one.

Price showing as £34.99

If you ever have a issue with your phone line then your service provider will ask you to plug in a Corded phone to test ur line as well and if there is ever a power outage as mentioned corded phones still work, even though most have mobiles.
#17
Test is the doing the same deal and you can click and collect

Corded is better, dont have to keep charging it up and saves money on electric bill

I have a landline because of Broadband, but I don't use it, when my phone was stolen I really wish I had a phone to plug into it instead of standing for hours in a stinky call box outside a pub waiting for mobile company, insurance and police to bother answering the phone. As I don't leave one plugged in a cordless which needs to be kept charged is no use so a corded one does the job.

I just ordered one from Tesco as it was showing up as £34 or thereabouts after I'd added the £8 item (from other sellers) to my basket. Much prefer a corded phone, dect phones are bad for your health.
#26
Bought one @ £8 but the price has gone up to £35.65p now.
#27
Great price but checked and it's not wall mountable which rules it out for me. Pity!
