This website confuses me... everyone gets horny over cashback offers if it was a tv or laptop but anything mobile and it's voted cold.. Can't see anywhere cheaper then this so voted hot!

mine works fine... most people who complain about BT tend to be out in the sticks expecting 80mb connections.. ah well..

The last two sims I got from BT they would not send the Amazon card. I applied but they said I did not. On the last sim I copied the screen on all stages of the claim. They have now given in and sent me the gift card for the second claim, although it appears their system says I didn't apply.
If you claim the Amazon card do take screen copies to back up your claim!.

+1 for that!

always take screen grabs and save for evidence when dealing with any sort of offer, TCB, Quidco, BT you name it. It takes a few seconds and can protect your investment! the more money you're hoping to gain the more care you should take with this. Then you can COMPLAIN and back up your complaints.... and will always win as long as you stick to your guns and complain the right way ie submit a COMPLAINT, repeated in writing if necessary by recorded delivery (claim postage back!). Mobile companies are easy meat because they always want to avoid a complaint to OFCOM, banks and financial services are wary of their ombudsman as well. If you want more instruction on how to complain see MSE

For those who do take screen copies of their claims, quite a few people don't seem to know about the snipping tool in Windows.
It gives a copy of any part of your screen which you can save as a picture.
To get just type snipping in the find box that appears when you click the start button. Far better than Alt/prtScrn

I got the double data deal, 4Gb £10/month BT customer, £60 Amazon voucher came within 6 weeks and £50 Quidco cash back tracked eventually so worth a punt
