same here. Chasing the voucher since August. Today finally one of the managers on chat agreed to credit my account with £25 for th voucher and inconvenience. Overall I had a good deal as I am paying £5/month for unlimited min/txt 500 MB internet and I also got £45 cashback with quidco.

Me too, no voucher, wife didn't get here either. This is false advertising surely. I presume you all made your voucher claim desperately, it's not an automatic process to get it (or not get it)

Ex wife ordered sim in early October so that £60 Amazon voucher should be here any day now :|

My 45 days that you have to allow for voucher to be delivered are up tomorrow so I will fill in the online form to say it has not been received . I think I had to do this before but have got vouchers 3 times in the past.

With these you need to claim the reward, they're not automatic. It's on the page you select the package:

On the claim page, under FAQ, click the option where it asks if you are having difficulty with your voucher. You will need the date you activated your sim and the original order number from the email they sent you. Hope this helps.

As above you have to activate voucher and select either Amazon or iTunes. Joined bt for broadband three weeks ago have received and spent my pre paid credit card already

Same here, early October. Got my cash back from Quidco, but no Amazon voucher yet.

Epic deal. Just got on it as I've just entered a 12 month contract with bt for home services so it's logical to cut out the cost of an extra bill

Good luck with Quidco. They (BT) have screwed me over twice for both mobile and broadband contracts. If you don't believe me just look at all the one star reviews on Quidco. I'm cancelling when my year is up and will not be going anywhere near BT again.

Quidco are getting to be useless. They have just failed to get payment again on another purchase I made through the Co op. They come back and say the Co op won't pay as there may b a problem tracking... yet to make the claim my visit to the Co op site from Quidco is clearly recorded. I have had several failed payments now.

Just to update. Sent my form in last Friday and got £40 amazon vouchers in post today. Get on to the Bt community(google it)and they should sort it out for you. Never used them but supposed to be great help.
