Posted this the other day, and they've just gone and dropped a fiver off a month, plus added £25 to the value of the cashcard. I've had to cancel and re-apply.

Basically...
Go through Topcashback to BT
Get the BT Unlimited Infinity 1 for £29.99 a month with a £59.99 activation fee
You get £80 topcashback (£90 Quidco.... but i prefer TCB, more reliable for me)
You also get a £150 pre loaded cash card to spend wherever

Works out at effectively £15.83 over a 12 month contract, for unlimited fibre broadband, including line rental and weekend calls, caller ID, nuiscance calls blocked, and free BT sport for 3 months (just a fiver to use on app/chromecast after that). That's less than most places charge for just line rental.

Yes... the topcashback isn't guaranteed, but for me it's always been very reliable with a good claim process int he small chance that it doesn't work.

Oh wow how is this going cold, thought I had a good one here! Is there a cheaper way to get fibre broadband on a 12 month contract?? If so please let me know... might cancel this one again!

pay a years line rental in advance and save another 10% on line rental. only if you are not going to leave BT in a few months as not refundable.

I was just about to consider this as my virgin is cr*p but i have just read the reviews and i don't think i will bother

This is a good deal but its the same one that was offered in the January sale which I signed up to. At that time Quidco were only offering £70. But don't forget, Topcashback will match and beat the Quidco deal.

And then they decide to up the prices mid contract!

I hope they do.. then ill switch back to sky.. :) and get the bonuses too.. works both ways! lol

My current sky cost is £20 for fibre (the better one) but bt will match that with the 54mbits. and £18.99 for line rental.. so im getting a bargain! :)

If you leave early due to a price increase, don't BT charge you for the hub? Deferred cost or something I think it's called.
#9
Bt couldn't pay me stay with them, their customer service is appalling they just couldn't care less about your problems with their broadband ( and we've had many!). Leaving in March when contract is up and NEVER going no back.

Great deal. Thanks for posting

Ignore the bad comments. This isn't hotukcutomerservice it's about how good a deal is value wise. Customer service is based on individual perceptions and situations.

"Cashback users are not eligible for rewards, vouchers or other incentives offered on the retailer site" - Does this include the mastercard

Also says "BT Reward card is not affiliated with TopCashback and therefore does not affect cashback eligibility"

BT customer service is poor - I wasn't getting minimum broadband speeds and online chat arranged engineer visit after some checks at their end. BT then cancelled engineer advising fault rectified when it actually hadn't been. Decided to call and speak to a person as thought I would get better response but they just fobbed me off saying everything was ok (clearly it was not as not getting the minimum they advised). I then went back to online chat and engineer visit was arranged for the 2nd time. This time engineer did come out and problem was sorted.

My Virgin broadband is Splendid, I get unlimited 100mb. Which is usually over 100mb, between 100-105 and I negotiated the price at £20. I've been with them for roughly 5 years. My first bill for this month was £18, don't know how that happened, but I'm not gonna rectify them if they've messed up somewhere.

Tempted to give them a go especially if the 60 quid fee for activation and router can be added to the bill!

What is top cash back? Apologies for my ignorance on this

This is great - just did the same but through Quidco with £90 cahback. Came out to less than £15 p/m. Can also add TV for £3 p/m and receive an extra £20 cashback.

Reviews do matter, no point getting a "good deal" if the after support is very poor and means you can enjoy the service you've paid for.

quidco now offering

£110 for new customer Infinity Broadband & TV

£140 with TV too!

how long does the cashback take till you can get it?

Anyone current BT customer tried to haggle a discount on the back of this offer. I'm paying £45/month.

Not sure with BT but ill move to sky after 12 months and then back to bt for the rewards :)

I've just signed up...

Sky fibre customer but they wouldn't come close to £29.99pm

So faster service from bt - informed a minimum of 50mb compared to sky's 34mb average, cheaper, £80 cashback and a £150 reward card... 12mth deal!
#31
Would have taken advantage of this if BT would sort there fibre network out in my area or at least let you purchase this now and activate at a later date once they are up and running. Especially as they are quoting me more money and less reward for the standard speed internet which maxes out at 19mb/s.

BT custmer service is really frustrating, I'm trying to see how much Cashback I can get from Quidco as it's different if the package is broadband along, or broadband + calls, then I asked custmer service and they keep telling me the price for line rental!

Anyone knows which cashback category it will fall into?
Also since Sky is increasing the line rental I can cancel that in the mid term (although I'm only 1 month left) how we they do the switch, can I just order from BT website then they will switch automatically without any early termination fee problem?

Mine tracked at £80 on quidco (the one listed as infinity + calls). However I made a claim as quidco was higher, and they put it up to £94.50. They will call sky to sort anything, but don't know about a termination fee probs best you call them yourself as well

My ee broadband contract ends in about 2 weeks. I haven't switched in a few years. I assume picking up this deal now would be OK?
#36
