BT fibre package, 12m for 25.94 per month after deducting £150 mastercard and adding in planned price rises.

It could be just £12.61 a month with £160 topcashback however this is a scam. It will track at a lower value and then you will not get paid. If you want cashback I suggest used quidco and their matching cashback promise.

Apologies to those who I recommended a BT broadband plus topcashback deal to before who have all lost out on over £200 due to this tcb scam.

This deal is not even correct. There is only £100 TopCashback or £110 Quidco available on the Infinity 1 + Calls package. The £160 Topcashback is for when you add a TV package as well.

Rule number 1 through 10....never ever ever buy a deal based on cashback, never! if a deal is good for you without cashback, then great, if it is only a deal because of cashback then 'a fool and his money'

Cashback should be like realising Tesco delivered you two chickens when you only paid for one, a bonus!

Don't think so - this is 29.99 per month (possibly increasing to 33.49 in August) and includes start tv pack and bt sport (again possibly soon becoming chargeable)

My overall cashback is in the high 90s% successful. I have no tracking issues, it is just getting payment from TCB that is problematical, quidco are fine and willing to help if there are problems.

I use both quidco and tcb and I find the opposite and have only had problems with quidco. I've had over £3.5k from tcb

Agree, I've gone over to using TopCashback almost exclusively as I've had problems with Quidco.

FWIW I got both TCB AND the MasterCard with my broadband/phone/tv package... and then both again with my BT mobile contract. No problems whatsoever.

Coming up for renewal end of March but obviously I'm not a new customer... don't think anything will beat what I got last year :(

If the deal includes Quidco avoid like the plague!!!!!!
Just had 2 headline BT sim cards deals turned down, both didn't tracked and claims declined. Had a BT sim card deal with TCB, didn't track either, BUT raised claimed processed and paid. I brought 4 deals same week and covered myself by spreading the two sites.

Same here, from the November Black Friday deal, cashback already paid.

If you are in a Virgin Media area the £15 deal for tv/broadband/phone is still cheaper with the £50 bill credit (£10.83 per month equiv).

I've had almost 5k back through TCB although BE WARNED - I signed up to a similar deal posted on here back in September '16 , cashback would have been £215 with the TCB bonus being offered (I'm a paying member) and after 4 months of 'pending' , my claim has suddenly been 'rejected' with absolutely no explanation whatsoever.
I offered to provide proof of contract , proof of ongoing payments and as the original transaction had tracked successfully , I had proof of a successful click through too.
The proof and evidence I could readily supply doesn't make a blind bit of difference if they choose to reject my claim without reason , Topcashback and BT really need to be investigated as this amounts to obtaining contracts by deception and TCB seem to be complicit with this little scam.
I am looking into how to pursue this and question the legality of what has happened to me , if anyone could point me in the right direction it'd be appreciated.
I understand cashback is not guaranteed but I was of the understanding that a rejected claim would have been for genuine 'valid' reasons (ie cookies not cleared and another affiliate got the commission / not complying with the terms of the offer or for cancelled contracts etc) and not because they simply don't want to pay and would prefer to keep my money instead !

Some of us don't have much choice (only BT on the local exchange).

Same. I found Quidco to be hopeless, TCB alway helpful. I always tip when withdrawing, round it off to the nearest fiver.
