When mysterious deaths plague the Shady Rest retirement home, it's up to its most sequined senior citizen & a curmudgeon-in-chief to defeat a 3,000-year-old Egyptian mummy with a penchant for sucking the souls from the barely living! Will this Bubba Ho-Tep make sure there's never another Elvis sighting? Or can the King show the world that he can still take care of business?

Fantastic (if insane) film. One of those ideas that really shouldn't work but somehow does. Bruce Campbell is amazing!

Thank-you-very-much.

Great movie - Bruce Campbell does a great job as the king. Ossie Davis is just as good as JFK too.
If you've not ssen this movie, grab some beers and settle down for some fun.

JFK: Would you like a Ding-Dong?
[Elvis looks towards JFK's crotch]
JFK: Oh, I don't mean mine! I mean a chocolate ding-dong.
[thoughtful]
JFK: Of course mine would be chocolate now that I've been dyed.

this is such an old movie - why is 5 quid for it such a good deal, because its the cheapest now?
just because its the cheapest price doesnt make it hot.
personally i dont think any old dvds should be over £3 - that is anything from 2008 backwards.

Yeah I agree, why is this such a good deal? One of the worst films I have ever seen!

Only watch if you're a Bruce Campbell fan.

Price isnt a great deal.

Just watched it. Love the concept but short on laughs. I don't know how much money they spent on this but if its a lot it must have been Bruce Campbells fee because the effects are pretty dire. 3/10 from me. Have to say Bruce campbell's performance is superb and the movie is rich in atmosphere but its soooo slow...
