Anybody know if this will work on a chromebook?
#5
very tempted, will it register on Steam? do you get an adroid version as well?
#6
Cocnerning Chromebook it would depend on which model, if you can boot to Crouton (on Intel chips, not sure what the situation is with ARM Exynos Processors) then it's possible to play through WINE or a VM but I can't be 100% certain as I haven't tried it out.

My childhood pc gaming for £5.90 ish, BARGAIN!

It's GOG. It has nothing to do with Steam. You get an .exe that you can download whenever you want again and again

Good deal. I'd already bought and come here to post so good work OP. :)

It also gives the discount if you have purchased some of them so I got the remaining for $8.01.

cold

Bought many of them first time around.
Memories are best left alone & never go back to the old games. Whenever I have, always ended up disappointed.

Yes, by Bitmap Brothers. There was a preacher and a thug, and about 4 other characters. Many hours spent on 2 player mode.

Need to know if these activate on steam!

Just got for £5.42 via Paypal.
I think I have all of these somewhere in the game collection.
This has them in one location and saves the stress of getting them working properly with modern OS's.
Mainly got for DK2 (already got DK from them as a freebie), Syndicate, and the Populus series.

And for those of us with a sense of humour that regards "Carry on" as the height of sophistication, the whole Leisure Suit Larry series works out at £2.66.

A group got together and launched a Kickstarter campaign for a game called "War for the Overworld", which got successfully funded and is now being developed (it's well on the way by now). Worth a look if you were hoping for a DK3 - one of the saddest days of my life reading that news posting to say that the game had been put on hold so that time could be spent on Harry Potter; the cancellation inevitably followed :(

Populous: The Beginning.
Ah, i remember my young mind being in Awe over the '3DFX' Graphics in Populous:The beginning on my AMD K6-II 500mhz with NVidia Riva TNT 32mb Graphics / ATI Rage Fury Maxx / 3DFX Voodoo 4500 with 384mb Ram.

Ah, those were the days.

Can anybody tell me what is this for? Pc/tablet/I pad etc?
#33
It's ended unfortunately, the games are now $3 each.
#34
It's back on for those who missed this the last time round.
