Not bad as a cheap upgrade to Plasma/LCD tv speakers.

What do I want? Not this that's for sure  Cheap it may be but there comes a point when you're better off just leaving that money in your pocket and this is one of those occasions. However, I wouldn't personally consider anything made by Bush, so I would say that :whistling:

Like i said in the earlier post, this is going to be better than most built in speakers for LCD/Plasma TV's so its a cheap upgrade, obviously not going to compare with £300+ systems.

So have you owned one then or do you own one?

What a shock, some dweeb had worked out a £35 home cinema system might not be as good as a more expensive model!

4.5/5.0 on reviews and is a bargain.

Good for the price, considering what you get, and will probably sound better than the built in speakers of a lot of cheaper TV's, but a home cinema this isn't, it's basically stereo sound, using 2 rather poor speakers, supplemented by a small sub woofer to add some bass.

For most people, who don't want a home cinema 'surround sound' system, then I'd think feeding the sound output of their existing DVD player to a good HiFi system would work just as well, or better, then again if your HiFi is also a Bush, Alba etc (audio system) maybe it won't.

Just a shame none are in-stock in my area =[ I wouldve bought one for my bedroom.

i';ve owned and sold a good Hd ready tv made by bush, had no problems for years. Had it over 5 years so can't complain. Just as good as most tv's ya buy.

yes Bush is a cheap nasty budget brand but for £35! and you can take it back if it's that rubbish, worth a try for a bedroom tv if only for the DVD/front USB socket

Toff boy, LOL. I do wonder about some of the people this site, so quick to resort to name calling . There are hot deals, things that are great prices for what they are, then there's cheap ****. Imho this is firmly in the latter section! Unfortunately this site is suffering from a growing trend of the latter being voted 'hot' above the former, meaning genuinely great deals are getting lost amongst all the chaff.

I hope you enjoy your system, but it's not for me thanks

I think you miss the point of the this site mate, it is to highlight good prices for different products. This is a decent price for a cheap, simple setup to avoid having to use built in tv speakers etc. If you know of a better £35 setup then please post it up so people can benifit, if not stop comparing a £35 deal to something more expensive as thats a waste of time.
