  "Larger than I expected with requisite amount of sound although somewhat fuzzy at extreme volume. Easy to operate and picked up channels quickly on initial search. Purchased as a companion for my wife when washing the dishes, doing the ironing and unblocking any drains that might need unblocked. As such, fit for purpose. Would definitely buy another one, if I had 2 kitchens or 2 wives or any combination of the aforementioned. Do I win a watch?"

  Radios are awesome but the adapter is dire and most are faulty, everyone I had the adapter was on the verge of breaking or broke - just moving the lead and it would cut out - I done a continuity test on them and yip faulty. I've kept the radio's but will get new adapters for them - I return 4 and they were knackered too, before keeping these last two.
  
  Also if you run a sensitive part of your body up n down the Ariel you can feel the some voltage :-) No don't use that part of your body, use something like the edge of your ear lol
