Thanks for posting, I've added the price & retailer to your deals title :)

Err...it's not a wireless set, and the keyboard like so many of these cheapies appears to be the US Layout

I questioned "wireless" too but looking at the full product information and customer reviews - one states "just plug the wireless dongle into a spare USB socket on the computer, put batterys in the keyboard and mouse (supplied), press two buttons, and away we go"

so either the description is wrong or Argos are messing about with customer reviews

I have one of these. It is wireless and does exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent value.

Don't know what you mean; neither keyboard or mouse have wires, and one USB dongle does both devices.

Can also confirm "£" is directly above the 3, to me that's sufficient to call a UK layout.

-- two AA Duracells, the AAAs are a brand I've not used before, but seem to work perfectly well anyway, didn't need the driver disk, and worked right out the box, even with my Raspberry Pi.

I bought one last year and it wore out in two months of light use. Not recommended.

    "maximise your computers performance"

    and

"ensure you have a smooth stress-free computing experience" ?

Holy crap, this keyboard is made of magic and unicorn farts! If it doesn't overclock my CPU and prevent all crashes, I shall ask for my money back.

ha ha ha ha your trying to come accross as an expert but know what you are taliking about. This is a standard QWERTY keyboard. There is no such thing s a US layuout keyboard. You can if you wish set regional option to USA in Windows or mac.

Brand means nothing. The fact that they are alkaline is important - assuming there isn't a layer of air between a reduced amount of active ingredients and the case.

They will work with anything that takes a USB keyboard and mouse - the device doesn't know it's wireless.

My comments regarding wireless or otherwise were based on the incorrect information on the Q&A section of the Argos site:-
