1GB download cap! thanks.
1gb = 1 movie download per month? :(
Hmm I'm not sure where the business grade comes into it unless they are referring to the static IP ? Which to be fair is a waste of time unless the business is planning to host some form of online service/web/remoting point.
Pro package looks good though, if its uncapped and has assured throughput!! I'd say HOT for the pro deal!!
What part of 1gb is "business grade"?

Not saying Pipex will be bad for all but i've had problems in the past and the customer services simply said "see if it works in 24 hours and call back if there's still a problem". Promptly left after that.

I assume BT line rental would still be payable with these packages too?

And looking on the website Pro Package £19.50 is eligible for the assured throughput. It isnt included. All seems pretty poor, £3 per 3gb over the low low cap limits too.
I get the equivalent of the Pro Package from UKOnline for £10 inc VAT/month

Thought it is £19.99 for Pro package? Pls tell others how they could get it at that price.

Well as a suggestion, what about business grade connections used for homeworking / purely work reasons?
business is also about the upload speed.i agree the express package is worthless but the pro for £23.50 at 16mb unlimited plus 1gb uploads is about the best deal of anybroadband ive seen(if true).

i think you should drop the express bit and this would soon hot up.
