Just bought myself a crock pot and thought hmmm.. I must not be the only one who works 8 hour shifts and comes home hungry and resort to microwave junk or unhealthy takeaway.. so I thought I'd share this.

For the singletons and couples who work hard and deserve a piping hot, belly warming meal. :)

Product Description
Ideal for a couple or small family, the SCCPQK5025W-060 slow cooker allows you to produce healthy, tasty and good value meals for two people. Simply chop up and prepare the ingredients, turn the unit on using one of two heat settings (Low or High) and continue your day. Depending on the recipe and cooking setting you selected, food will be beautifully slow cooked within 2-10 hours. The dishwasher safe pot and lid means easy cleaning after you have finished, or if there are any leftovers simply put the pot (not including the lid) into the oven to reheat.

love my slow cooker....if you don't already one, get one!
Can't wait to get this in the post!

Pretty average price to be honest
It's the thought that counts :)
£13.99 for 3.5 litre 'Cookworks' model in Argos.
3.5 litres is a nice size, not sure about 2.4 litres.
Slow cooked lamb curry in this is phenomenal. Also bung a whole chicken in, with a sprig of Rosemary & a bit of garlic. by the time you come home it's ready to fall off the bone.
2.4 litres is fine for a couple of meal for a couple of people, and Crock Pot slow cookers are fantastic.
Larger slow cookers obviously have the benefit of you being able to cook in bulk, so if that's an important factor in your cooking, go for a big 'un.
