#2
i thought there was only 2
#3
ohh i loved the first one didnt relise there was others. may have to check these out

is it the same people or similar looking people pretending to be the originals?
#4
First was amazing, second was pretty poor .. and didn't know there was a third, not sure if thats a good sign. Good deal though so hot for me.
#5
The others aren't half as good.
#6
butterfly 3 was a disaster. its a mega crap film of 2009
#7
I have only saw the first, but have heard good things about the third.

The second is supposed to be terrible though..
#8
The third film is on Usenet if anyone wants to preview it before buying....
#9
Yeah I loved the first, hated the second and really can't be bothered with the third now.

I think I'd actually rather buy the first on its own if its cheap enough, better that than filling my collection with crap.
#10
2 was pants, but I thought 3 was pretty good.
#11
First was outstanding and the second was disgustingly rubbish, haven't bothered with 3 yet.
#12
**** 2 and 3. cold as only paying for 1 really imo.

Not really the point of this site... Voting cold because in your opinion you are only paying for one? That's strange because I'm sure if you ordered this you would get all three, regardless of your opinion of the quality of the sequels.

Can you find a cheaper price for this elsewhere? No, therefore it is hot.

Why do people not understand this site and try to ruin other people's deals?

1 was absolutely amazing! I've watched so many times, always seem to get a different ending (DVD rental, TV)

It's tricky on here when opinions come into it. I suppose it's no different from commenting on the quality of say a gadget that's being advertised cheaply. Value is added from an owners experience. What does grate though, and it's most common in movie deals, is the one liner 'It's rubbish' style quote, adding nothing and just serving to wind people up.

The best threads on here are people who take time to identify good and bad points, and don't fly off on one at people who disagree (See any PS3/Xbox or Win 7/OSX thread).

I think an opinion on a cheap deal's value can certainly be valid and helpful, but only if it genuinely can support the overall benefit a prospective buyer may get from a deal.

A quick IMDB check reveals the third film has a rating of nearly 6/10 from 3000 voters, so would suggest it was hardly the worst film ever.

This is a trilogy?

I'm glad it wasn't just me then. We watched it once with one ending, then watched another version that was on telly that finished differently, then we found an 'alternative ending' one that seemed to have a good portion of the film following a different path!!

First class film though, very clever. I did pick up the second one cheap but we've not plucked up the courage to watch it yet. I kind of expect it to spoil the first film, and it doesn't deserve that.

Brilliant price for 3 blu rays, have only seen the 1st one. Hot from me :)
#19
Great price for a Blu Ray trilogy, though unfortunately only the first one is worth a purchase. The other two, even at £5, simply are not. They are distinctly mediocre films at best. I would strongly advise anyone considering this to go out and buy the first one instead. Forget the other two.

A terrible product at an excellent price is still a bad purchase. It's not solely about being cheap; it's about being good value for money as well. It's a balance. And the balance on this product is very, very wrong.

If you like all 3 films this would probably be worth it.

Quite Frankly though, the first one was a load of balls.
33% on Rotten Tomatoes confirms this

it is supposed to be three different endings, but i have seen only the first one - when they see each other in the crowd and walk away. The second ending is similar situation but he starts talking to her asks her out for coffee. The thrid one (director's cut) is that he commits suicide while being unborn in his mother's womb.

second film is rubbish, don't waste your time on it, the third on is ok - watchable :)

And 7.8/10 on IMDB would confirm the opposite.

Yep agree.

BTW, cold from me. Waste of 15 quid. Better to just buy the 1st and rent the 3rd.

Loved the first film (and the DVD comes with an awesomely bleak alternate ending to the US theatrical ending ).

The second film was mediocre - imagine the power from the first film mixed with tax accounts...

I'm gonna hate myself but I'll probably give part 3 a try...

I can't imagine wanting a BR of 2 and 3 though.

For all those PPL who have never seen this... DVD of first one is in HMV for £3!:-D
#29
I have this and the first film is excellent.....the second film is also very good - same story really, but good anyway. Haven't watched the 3rd one yet. The picture and sound are top notch on both films.

Well worth the price but dissapointed the first film isn't the Directors cut (although i don't know how much different it would be).
