You could always have a bowl of bran flakes & a glass of water, no ones forcing you to eat one oO

Everything in moderation. It's down to the person to moderate their own diet. it's nice to have a cooked breakfast now and again or a MacDonalds but if you eat that kind of junk everyday yeh you will be obese.

Loads of people have cooked breakfasts every day and are not obese.

If you have a healhy, active lifestyle you could have one of these most days, so long as you are burning it off, you won't wake up one morning obese.. ;)

Yup, so if you are fit enough to exercise .......lucky you, tuck in :)

I think you misunderstand the idea of exercising. You exercise to become fit, you don't exercise only when you are fit...

By 'fit enough' I mean, not disabled in any way, therefore able to exercise.

TBH i have had a brekky at BHS twice and it was shocking both times.

Hash browns taste chemically and the bacon tasted a bit like salmon lol

Im no food critic but it was foul

Just to contradict my local BHS serves really nice breakfasts so thanks for the heads up, op.:)

The cheapest hot drink is a pot of tea at a ripoff £1.25, so not a great saving as breakfast is £2.79 anyway, and they are forcing you to buy the drink at ridiculous margins.

Well I just stay at home and have free tea and coffee all morning Mon to Friday and never charge myself for parking, with my saved 99p and petrol money I make myself an egg sarnie AND I don't end up wondering how I'm going to fit ekhurstpol onto the roof of my car

I think you are a food critic. And a very good one at that.
Is it Leicester that you've been to? Food is very poor but there is a girl that shows you her knickers when she clears the table.

Yes IKEA is cheaper midweek, however if your already in the centre of town shopping, their might be a BHS store, however most IKEA stores wont be located in a town centre.

So this is still good.

If you come to Coventry then BHS and Ikea are both in the city centre tho I prefer Wetherspoons to either.

FREE?

Ingredients: Milk, Tea Bag, egg, bread, spread, Electric for 3000 watt kettle, Gas to cook egg.

and still no comparable breakfast, ie sausage, bacon, beans

Their is no additional petrol cost if you already drove into town for other shopping.

Go on treat yourself

:D Don't forget the water for the tea and washing up + washing up liquid + your own energy (in making the food & washing up) and 'hmph' with having to actually wash up (or the electricity+water if you use a dishwasher)

I realize as an able bodied person this may come off as a little ignorant but surely unless you are paralyzed from the neck down you can get some kind of exercise.
