I don't see how anybody can find out in 2 seconds. After going through various steps of selecting a phone and then a plan and then checking out I discovered that I was offered delivery or collection from store, but that still doesn't mean it was necessarily offered on all the phones. Still not clear to me whether it is only available to online purchasers, either. :)

You may well be correct but in 2 seconds the only thing I found out was that you could buy online or call a telephone number to order.
The first website page didn't answer the "instore" question put by yobear and three subsequent posters to yours, including myself, nor did the next page after clicking on any phone.
I couldn't see anything about buying instore in two minutes, never mind two seconds.

it's actually from 49.99 + 10 quid top up so 59.99 for the rubbish phones

you'll be better off buying unlocked phone from ebay IMO...

Thanks but no thanks. I have spend 10 minutes on the Orange website and could not find the answer. SO i asked the question.. if you know the answer, why dont you you tell other HUKDers. it literally takes less than 1 sec to give correct answer.

DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT go with Orange unless you have eyes in the back of your head!

I happenstanced today on a fault with their voicemail billing.

I've been quite miffed on their Dolphin 7 package at having to pay 35ppm to listen to my voicemail, so I got another sim (from Ovivo Mobile) so I had some free minutes to call my VM (+447973100123, enter Ornage number & PIN). Looking at my Orange mobile account online I see that they're STILL charging me 35ppm for listening to my VM's even though I'm not dialing from their SIM.

Needless to say, I spoke to Orange customer services and they said I should not be being charged and have refunded me those erroneous charges. So current Orange Mobile users, if you think you're getting around any charges to do with access your VM's, CHECK YOUR BILL(S)!!
