Discontinued stock going for £5 a tin, even cheaper!

Still a HOT deal though.

Good price, but the one time I used there own brand paint I found it to be very poor quality. After 4 coats on one wall and with the previous colour still showing through I gave up and went with another brand. I was left with the opinion that B & Q paint is/was watered down rubbish and I'll never purchased it again no matter how cheap.

just to advise if paint is brought as bogof in b&q, after the event u r unable even to exchange 1 tin for another colour as there system wont allow it!!

Oh man, i literally just finished painting our kitchen last night. We bought some nice paint from Wilkos for £12 as well (2.5L). :(

Nevermind, the main thing is the kitchen looks good. Were painting elsewhere so I may still pop down and have a look... this deal is in-store as well right?

Offer is instore :)

From my own personal experience i have found B&Q own branded paint to be a poor quality as it needs more coats then the main branded paint, which in turn makes it more expensive.

I now use Leyland trade paint, a superior product, which can be had for less than £10 for 2.5ltr.
They have a stockist locator on their website, which are normally open to the public as well as trade.

Yeah I pretty much agree with you on the quality of B&Q paint but Wilkos is much better. Thanks for the Leylands paint info. They have a store not far from me (M'bro) so I'll be looking to get some testers from them.
