It's not exactly hot. It's probably exactly what the price should be. Like Wigan, Fulham etc. they can't fill their ground so they bring their prices to a level that they might sell a bit better at.

Doesn't make it a hot deal.
good deal but i reckon they could go down next year.
Its like watching Barca in disguise nowadays with a we will score one more goal than you attitude from Owen Coyle.

Hot

Editedfor :not a good idea to be associated with Arsenal nowadays

This is cheaper than season tickets for my team in the Scottish First Division.

Edited By: Gaz on May 26, 2011 20:19
the opinion of the club is irrelevant!

it shouldn't be voted on the rivalry of a football team but for the fact its a very cheap season ticket, for a HIGH quality premier league team who have managed to stay in the league for 11 years now.. thank you very much.....

i think its great value especially for under 18's at £49 which wigan and B'burn arnt offering i don't think.

Hardly a glamour tie for either club, but you can't really argue with £10 a ticket. It's from £10 for season ticket holders - both Bolton and Sheff Utd fans. Full ticket details: http://www.b…

is it the paint that you've had to paint on your knackered stadium's terraces yourselves that you'd rather watch dry? Oink oink! ;)

I'd rather watch Wednesday than this. And I'm a Wednesday fan.

;)

if you'd rather watch relegation football my friend thats your choice, shame you dont go to any wednesday games tho innit...armchair owls do my head in...:-D
8 of us (me n lads) going to bolton plus another 1000 blades at least, cant grumble at £10, ignore the wednesday scum on here they're only jealous, out of the cup and going down to league 1 where they belong....UTB
Im neither a Bolton nor a City fan but I went to the Reebok earlier this season and saw a cracking 3-3 draw (neither team could defend) and I thought it was a good deal £40 for me and 2 kids . With these prices the 3 of us ca go for £20 ... well worth a punt.
PS they sell Hollands pies quite reasonably priced aswell :)
You would have to pay me £10 to watch that crap ...........:)

great deal tho good to see premier league teams making football affordable

They are not interested in making it affordable, they are trying to make more money for this match by filling all the expected empty seats. If they wanted to make it affordable, then every home match would be this price.
Excellent deal . Hate seeing half empty grounds.
Was watching Man City last night and couldn't believe the amount of empty seats.
Good Deal (Heat Added)
cheap tickets cos fulham are so bad away form home lol

great deal tho good to see premier league teams making football affordable

Some good price season tickets available this year, it's a pity some of the bigger clubs are not as quick in reducing thier prices. Wigan Athletics dearest is £295 for adults but you can get one from £250, under 5's are free and i think they are allocated a seat. If you buy before the end of June you are put into a draw to get your money back. Some people were selling thier tickets for the last game of the season against Man U for upto £400. Hopefully this will bring in larger crowds for the likes of Bolton and Wigan.
Their long record of health & safety problems left a boy decapitated in the car park a few year back.

You couldn't drag me back to that place.
The Telegraph article was flawed which is why the "Big Four (BBC) TV" had to withdraw a similar article that targeted Mr Keane's Sunderland, I'm a Rovers Season Ticket holder, my season ticket was reduced in advance of LAST season by £140 to £299 (I have a very good seat in the main stand) this year it was £299 (As it was to any season ticket holder who renewed before the end of April.) So not entirely true in either myopic South East focus Telegraph or the fact that Wanderers are ground breaking, they are not, Rovers & Wigan were. But good on the Whites for following suit. p.s. I believe that Huddersfield are charging £100 for theirs, so good on them as well.

p.s. But If Hughes goes now !!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH (That's football!)

Plenty of comments, Bolton have been quick to do discount tickets for kids and adults alike. Last season when relegation looked imminent ticket prices were significantly reduced to fill the seats. One of the popular deals was "bring a friend" each season ticket holder could bring one guest for £15. This certainly helped boost attendances and atmosphere during crucial games.
They have Junior Whites for the youngsters which gives all of the members 2 free tickets(selected games) a season. As I've previously stated, Bolton aren't the most fashionable and popular club but they have recognised that in the North West, which is served by 8 clubs (if Stoke City are classed as North West) fans are hard to come by and have taken positive steps to bring in fans.

This article gives an overview of current Premier League season ticket prices.

Any team that is prepared to freeze or reduce prices should be applauded. In Boltons case the cheap prices for the children tickets is quite shrewd as these are the future fans, my father and grandfather took me to the match in the mid seventies and 34 years later I still regularly attend. The atmosphere at football is now so much better, proper family areas, violence and hooligans are a thing of the past. The clubs now actively promote a family friendly atmosphere, most clubs have new or newly refurbished arena which offer good views and decent facilities. Premier League football is on the brink! Massive TV deals and a Worldwide popularity hide a darker secret of dwindling attandances and financial ruin. The Chairmen have to be carefull not to drive out local football fan for the lure of TV money. The gulf between football clubs is huge, even in the Premiership the difference between top and bottom is bigger than Championship and Conference. Man Utd draw in 70,000 fans and have a waiting list for tickets. Bolton, Wigan and Fulham draw in 20,000 and have to reduce tickets just to maintain attendances. The rich get richer and the poor get relegated..............................or go bust!
I'm sorry to go on but I love football, all fotball! My wife can't understand why I would want to watch Southend v Doncaster, or why I should have an interest in Rochdale v Stockport, or why I get excited that Torquay and Exeter are in the Conference play-offs! But that's football and the more people that attend games the better it will be for all.

£300 for 4 games of footie - doesn't sound like great value to me.
Problem with the bigger clubs selling out week in week out is that the season tickets go to the people who have had them for 40 years. Anfield can be like a morgue on a Saturday, but European nights are magic (when the tickets go on general sale).

What is the best way to ever get Liverpool tickets, are European nights easier?
