yeah there is, the sandisk looks nicer! ;-) Like a little space ship.

You have to admit, this is kinda ugly.

Heat added :-)

This should get smoking hot, heat from me even though it's ugly.

These are getting so cheap now that people will be buying them when they don't even need one!oO
#5
It's not ugly, it's just a bad photo. I have one and it looks pretty sleek. Most importantly it is very fast, no point in going for a cheap slow 16gb drive as it will take you hours to fill it
#6
Thanks ordered one.
#7
Cheers, got one too :)
#8
Excellent as movies don't judder with this.

Certain models of sandisc yes,but the cheap nasty sloooooow red/black one?No way
#14
was going order this on Sunday @ £13.45 glad i didnt .......ordered tonight cheers OP
#15
I have one and I don't think it's ugly but it is rather large and feels flimsy. I measured it 23MB/s read, 13MB/sec write so it is fast. Better price than I paid a few months back so voting hot.

Ok I admit it!

Although I quite like the pink one that lives inside my Proliant Microserver as you get a flashing pink light emanating from within.

I have had one for a few months now. Great but no where near as fast as the OP says. I only get 5MB/s write speed.

I second that this is a very fast drive. I've had one for over 2 years now. The fastest I have though is the Sandisk Contour 16gb which seems in a different league to all other drives I've owned. And it is unbelievably stylish as well. The mechanism to open and close the drive is super fun. Google products link here

I ordered one a few months back, it has been solid. I use it most days with big and small files being transferred. So quick as well for a USB drive, I had a 2GB san disk and this wipes the floor with it.
#28
i honestly dont think the build on these is that good - had a similar one, same design but branded by someone else and the neck snapped
#29
Nice! Just ordered the blue one on expenses... ;)
#30
Hey OP,

Have some Heat, bought one just now. Cheers :)
#31

#32

#33
It's the same as the 'Play.com' branded ones (albeit 78p cheaper). I've had mine for a couple of years now on my key ring and it's still going strong and hasn't broken.

Hot.
#34
Ordered and heat added!
