Most shops are open today, thankfully this past-it tradition of shutting for daft religious holidays seems to be ending.

No weight limit for Easyjet's hand baggage as long as it fits into the allowed dimensions.

Most shops are closed actually, As well as complying with restrictions on opening hours on normal Sundays, large stores of more than 280 square metres (3,014 square feet) must not open on: Easter Sunday (except Scotland) Christmas Day....Small shops are free to open when they choose on these days, or those that provide a service i.e. petrol etc.
When Sunday opening was introduce ie 6 hoour on a sunday the condition was that shops of a certain size ie supermarkets etc shut on easter sunday. Apart from xmas day it is the most important day in the christian church
u live in a shopping centre??
Any ideas or links for suitable bags ???

There are far more small shops and petrol stations than there are 'stores', ergo, most shops are open. As you also acknowledge, we in Scotland aren't subject to England's trading laws so all our big shops are open.
