£27.50 for 90 toilet rolls is a bargain especially if you have IBS.

You must either be very poor, very tight or very stupid.
Why? Best before means just that, not don't eat after xx/xx/xx. Some things last a lot longer. I too have eaten things long out of date not because i am poor, tight or stupid, just because some things last way past the date they advise you they are best before.

Time to upgrade your browser

If you're reading this, you're using Internet Explorer 7.0, which is now 6-years old, that cannot cope with the demands of the modern internet. For the best shopping experience, we strongly recommend upgrading to Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or a more recent version of Internet Explorer.

Very strange as I'm using IE9.

Using IE? They're definitely right - it's time to upgrade your browser.

Surely they don't suddenly start tasting awful after the 1st July? You should be able to eat them over months.

Is this the first time you've used this company? Did it get delivered by courier?
#3
Yes, DHL, you have alot of options when to set delivery. You can change time/date etc.
#4
What will best before dates be like?
#5
All of the above products chosen are in date. There are also many other items in date. The website will tell you the date for each product.

to eat the 200 Creme Eggs before their best before date (1st July 2012) you'd have to eat more than 5 a day... and that's if they were delivered today and not sometime next week!

edit: changed 'expiry' to best before

Why would anyone be stupid enough to panic about eating something out of date? I've eaten things over a year out of date and they've tasted just as good as they did on day one and I didn't get in the slightest bit sick.

On the topic of being "very stupid" - when are people going to FINALLY learn the SIMPLE difference between Best Before and Use By?

As you clearly have a few comprehension problems...

Best Before means that the food is best before that date (logical when you think about it...) but is fine to eat afterwards.
Use By means that the food is harmful after that date (obviously not straight away - but you don't want to be eating something a month past it's use by date...).

Dont agree with that statement, processed or dried food never goes off, just has a best before date

However it has to be said, that website is rubbish, you get better deals just shopping around the local supermarkets

Literally everything on there seems to be in my local heron store, but for slightly more... You think heron foods just purchase from htere and sell for almost double? like the creme eggs are 6 for a £1 at heron atm, and j20's are 2 for £1.

You must be an ignorant ****, very skeptical or downright dumb to not save 70% on your food because your'e scared to get a boo-boo. We need to start cutting down on all this God damn waste because we're too scared to eat something that isn't premium quality. Man up.
