Just went into my local asda and found these flakes on offer, they had loads left when i left there so guessing they may still have some now so its worth checking out. Was told they are getting rid of these pink flakes which were for cancer research nationally so im guessing most asda's will have them on for 5p

-Expiry Date not till 06 2011..... Plenty of time to munch on
-Will be putting pictures up in a while.......Pictures are Below in the thread

300g good quality, dark chocolate
300ml double cream
50g salted butter

Melt butter and cream (slowly) and pour over chopped up chocolate.

Blend until smooth. Leave in bowl and place in fridge for a few hours.

When mixture has hardened but still soft enough to mould, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.

Crush cadburys flakes and roll truffle ball in the crushed flake.

Place in petit four paper cases.

Scoff.

I love love love flakes, for some reason the ones in the pink wrapper don't look as scrummy as the norm ones, but for 5p each I am certainly not complaining!

Must resist. I always fill out a little over Christmas, I don't really want to get started early. :(
#23
Are they in a special reduced section in store or elsewhere?

I only ask because my store doesn't have a section for reduced items
#24
NOT NATIONWIDE !!! - walked down to my local and they were reduced from 54p to 50p !!! :(
Got them to scan them and same result 50p

So is this a local deal? As the 3 minute trek to my local ASDA in this adverse weather will make me really angry if there are not any!
