Not a typo - these are Screme Eggs, a special edition for Hallowe'en.

Same as the traditional Creme Egg, but the yellow part is green.

Saw these in-store at Brighton for 20p, but still showing 50p online, so not sure if nationwide.

Great idea........

Loves a creme egg....!

These are for Halloween 2011, they've skipped Easter 2011 and got these on the shelves ready for 2012

Hot, any deal that allows me to eat Creme Eggs other than at Easter is an automatic winner for me.

Tried one the other day and they are as described, just creme eggs with green filling instead of yellow.

You mean like the 's' that they already did (_;)
More likely it's because of the way they have spelt creme previously. But who cares it's cheap chocolate!

I read elsewhere these are smaller than regular creme eggs. Is this true?

No, you have grown since then so they are perceived as being smaller.

Yes, 50p in my local Asda, and they have shrunk, I'm sure. They're more like mini eggs now lol.

Because it's not CREAM egg, it's CREME egg. They can't call it "Cream" if it's not actually cream, "Creme" is a name, so they're keeping their name theme.

Because Cadburys spelled cream "creme" as a marketing tool, and it's a play on that. Dude, a nine year old could work that out . . . .

Dont buy loads unless you've tasted them, I thought they had a metallic aftertaste.
