I might pop into Tesco for some of these deals, but I'm beginning to agree with some of the other posts elsewhere that Tesco are looking pricey these days and every little does bloody count, Tesco fast becoming not worth it.

Examples:

£3.30ish for 1litre of finest organic fairtrade vanilla ice cream last year, now: 750ml for the same thing, effectively a price rise.

£1.40-£1.60 for four pack of Heinz Baked Beans last year (still pricey when Asda had alot of 6pack for £1 offers) now: £2.40 each

£1.30 BOGOF for Mr Kipling Viennese Whirls last year most of the time, now 2for£2.30

89p pack of organic bananas last year, now £1.20

2for£2.50 Cravendale 2l Milk now 2for£3.00

There's a reason Tesco are posting massive profits, they are the sneakist when it comes to increasing their prices with one hand and distracting you with so called offers and points etc with the other.

Sure other supermarkets are putting their prices up too, but Tesco takes the biscuit trying to hide further greed in prices that everyone knows are going up.

in my local store yesterday they had loadz of the fingers reduced to 35p per box, dated end august 2009 on them to, and when put through the checkout still BOGOF, so worked out @ 17.5p per box total bargain, stocked up !!

also noting to do with fingers but they were reducing the pampers large pack size 5+ to £1.38 each, apparently they r going to discontinue this range so maybe other stores too

3 Chocolate fingers or a Rocky bar? Same calories.

Before you know it you've ate half a box. I think these are one of the worst snacks to have in the house.
#17
Don't know if it was only the Tesco Express in West Jesmond, but on Monday they were doing buy one pack of Jaffa Cakes get two free. So three packs for about 89p.
#18
i love these, these are gorgeous

I could eat both boxes in one sitting,

Voted Yummus Humous!

its still going so def "not expired"

It's valid if the title specify's which store the offers is working in, despite it serving a tiny loc al.

It's invalid if the title implies every Tesco store has this offer which it seems it does not.

as you can see it is 69p and i will get the receipt outta the car 2moro and prove that it was BOGOF!!!!
#27
Yours are covered in reduced stickers, if I must I'll scan in my receipt from Kingston but I believed you without you needing to post proof. I just don't think this is a nationwide offer. Like with the jaffa cakes I found, the Express store was buy one get two free, whereas normal tesco Extra was only buy one get one free. Your local branch is offering this, but most others are just standard price (£1.38) then BOGOF.
#28
NOT at this price in my 2 Tescos, just the BOGOF deal at FULL price
