Same deal as before (use code TD-G9DW for £5 off) but Tesco are now offering a whopping 1000 clubcard points which I believe equates to £10 in Tesco vouchers or more if you use that voucher exchange thing.

Seems like a good deal to me if you're still into this game.

For 2 days worth of play, not worth it.

You could buy this and px it for more than you've paid for it

Voted hot for the price but may be worth bearing in mind Tesco Direct's appalling service for the last COD release.

Can't be any worse than Amazon, mine came three days late

Can you preorder on ps4 yet using same codes etc?

Good price with the points and if your not expecting delivery on the day. Tesco were fine for me last time but others moaned. 1000 points can be 2x, 3x or 4x the vale sometimes so good deal. Expecting this to get pretty hot.

I was just about to order this but it looks like they take the money for it now and give you a refund if the price drops before release. Not sure I want to let Tesco's have my money for 3 months before they ship the game
#11
as they take the money now....do they give you the 1000 points now? Would be great to use these points right now for some of the theme parks
#12
I think I'll hold out for the game + PSN vouchers Tesco usually do.

I do believe you get the points now, I ordered GTA 5 from Tesco when they were giving a bonus 500 points and I received a £5 voucher in the mail a couple months later (I'm not sure how often they dispatch vouchers but I got the voucher in my next 'batch' of vouchers).
#14
Points are awarded now, but you will have to wait for quite a while for the next batch of vouchers to be sent out!
#15
HOT! Even if getting shot by 12year old Americans for £35 is a deal!

P.S. £5 off GTA still the best deal? apart from the GS offer?

Can someone explain how these club card points work?
when i login to tesco groceries is shows i have clubcard 147 points
when i login to tesco direct it says i have 0 points?
are the points separate?
also these vouchers we get, do they have to be used?
or do the points still stay if you dont use them?

thanks

Will it work with Fifa???
the £10 discount will but what about the 1000 points?

It might still be worth getting this way as Tesco usually offer a guarantee on price etc (example) if you buy it now and they do offer the PSN/Microsoft (insert cod game name here) points bundle they have offered the last few years for a total of £42.99 they will email you and offer you a code to get the psn/points for the difference between your order total and £42.99 usually you end up paying £6 irc for your (card)

This might not happen this year for 360 users with Ms going over to £ but if they do (£17.00 for 2000 MSP currently) credit for £6 would seem a good idea however any money they convert points to has to be used by 2015. slyBds

This should get very very hot. I always swap the vouchers for train tickets at RSH so that's £20. Basically getting COD for £15...
#20
not even interested in this game but will sadly still end up getting it, can't wait for GTA
#21
Do you get the pre-order bonus map with Tesco or is that just with Game?
#22
When will we get the points?

£10 discount?
#24
Since the 1000 club points along with the £5 off code essentially makes CoD only £25 it's not too bad a deal.
I think I'll Buy it, Play it on SP, sell it the next day, get my money back :) Should easily get £30+ for it in Grainger Games :)

When will we get the points?

Usually with your next Clubcard statement. I doubt you will get them with the game.
#26
Sucks they take payment straight away but I pre-ordered for clubcard points - 1043 in total for this transaction :)
#27
My clubcard account hasn't updated the points. I have a feeling it'll be when it's dispatched?

When will we get the points?

Points have just been distributed, so it will be another 2.5 to 3 months before they send out the next lot.

may go for this , no overly impressed with last instalment though ! ....... anyone know how much CEX are likely to pay in cash for this if I don't like it - i'll know within 2 days if its for me !

If its £30 then I guess its worth the punt with the cc points covering £10 of shopping or more in deals.
#30
3% quidco too. Was gonna give this a miss, but with potentially £20 worth of train tickets, this is a no brainer! Sold the last COD online a few weeks later for the best part of £30. Thanks OP.

Within the first week you should almost definitely get £30-£35 cash
#32
not too shabby then this deal ;)
#33
do asda still buy games too as I wouldn't need a trip into town if they bought them lol ..... anyone know ?
#34
Ordered, heat added
#35
Last time around CEX offered 27 quid on release day for about 3 weeks
#36
Considering buying it although it will get hacked and be unplayable online. Sad times.
#37
plus staff discount. Hot from me.
#38
Heat for those buying current-gen. Shame they're not doing any decent incentives for PS4 :(
#39
Do these places that buy games (e.g. CEX) pay more if the game is still sealed? Will they buy more than 1 off me?

CEX always open to see contents!
Game on the other hand only open the first copy, they were happy to take the other few sealed last time around from me.
