Why have you stated different prices for this when it costs 49.99 on the ps store?
#2
This is just the RRP price combined with cdkeys standard discounts and their 5% facebook offer, this isn't a new deal

I think Sony dipped to a mediocre level with Dishonored 2 back on day 3(?). Then after that everything has seemed to look really promising, I honestly expected this to drop to £24.99 and I guessed we'd all be happy with that (around £22 with CDKeys). BUT £34.99, I think they're having a bit of a bubble to be honest.

Legacy edition for £43.69 isn't too bad, £45 for physical disk but pretty much worthless after the code has been used anyway.
#5
They're good prices if you game share with friends (£25 each for cod 4 remastered)
#6
Yeah tbh its kind of a crappy discount.

The reason why it won't drop by much is because digital games on either xbox or psn have to be above that of disc versions for game retailers. I was expecting it a little lower but to be honest they've been good deals in my eyes. But that's just my opinion.

36% is the lowest we have seen so far for a discount on the 12 Days. It doesn't hold much hope for that £21.99 GTA V on Monday I was expecting with the continuity of ~60% :(

It's a terrible deal £29.99 here for a digital version from cdkeys lol-

where is it written in stone they have to? I've seen quite a few games cheaper digitally, granted not straight away. But it has been known to happen.

It's more a choice to keep retailers who push the consoles happy

I'm just hoping it will drop in the US store next week

cold.

This is the last game I'd expect a good price on as its still their biggest seller. Even previous years cod's are ridiculously overpriced digitally

Because it keeps the retailers happy which sell the consoles, accessories and games. Yeah shops like Tescos and Asda can drop their prices because they have such a large margin. Think of it this way, if you didn't have places like Game to trade in for instore credit or CEX then where would you go? Tescos and Asda stopped this ages ago.

Had Dishonored 2 on disk from Game new for £25 this week; even Game is close to this IW price.
TBH apart from Tomb Raider and Titanfall it's been a rather dire calendar event so far.

I already said it's to keep the retailers happy...

As for trade ins, I doubt Sony or MS would care about that, and probably would prefer the end of the 2nd hand market

I apologise for that, I misread.

I agree I doubt they do care, in all honesty I've not bought a disced game in over a year, my wife bought our last one but that was lego, everything else is digital and when it's on sale.

Ditto, I much prefer digital as I have a decent fibre connection and too lazy to change disks :)

If it meant the end of Game, then so be it. I think they are a total joke!

I'm the same, I just need a much bigger hard drive at the moment. Just have to save the pennies and look for a decent one, plus work out how to do it without buggering it up. I've not got fibre yet :( 12mb is my current download speed...

Not to bothered by watchdogs 2 as I played the first and after that it's put me off this one. Final fantasy though I'm completely up for that.

I haven't played the first watchdogs due to the general views on it but the sequel looks fun. Just picked up titanfall 2 and Ark which are going to keep me going for quite a while!
