I ordered on Thursday afternoon - got my confirmation and cash back email from SimplyTap but haven't had a peep out of Carphone Warehouse. Bit annoying that people who ordered after me already have their copy of the game.
I emailed the Carphone Warehouse address provided on the SimplyTap confirmation mail, and haven't had a reply. I have also rung Carphone Warehouse who were completely bamboozled about my problem - the guy was like "ummmm yeah I think we do have some sort of affiliation with SimplyTap but we don't handle their customer service, speak to them".
So I have since forwarded my email onto SimplyTap asking for an urgent response.......but still nothing. Really not impressed with this!!

Haha, if and when my copy of COD actually turns up - I'm gonna be so grateful I managed to get it for £25.
It's scandalous that they class this as a new game....it's an expansion pack on MW2 and nothing else. Having played it at my friends place, I'm baffled as to why they removed the ability to dive on the floor, and why they made the maps utter rubbish! Having said that, it's still a good laugh when your in a party with all your mates.

Oh well, at £25 I'm not gonna kick up a fuss as long as I get it this week.

Just now got an email saying it's been dispatched, so seems you were right. And that's true, for £25 we shouldn't really be complaining :p
