Just saved me £3 :) I didn't even think that such a high budget game would forego controller support. Guess Activision didn't care about PC back then.

why would you play cod on pc with controller... its like chopping your own arm off and calling it improvement in aerodynamics.

fun fact though, when I add it to basket, it adds The Sims 3: 70s, 80s and 90s Stuff PC instead. gj on spaghetti code cdkeys :)

edit: added succesfully from search page instead.

I use a controller for single player games like Witcher 3 on PC. With games like Call of Duty though you're at a disadvantage with a controller

Not that they care about it now either given the whole Ultimate Alliance debacle.

Anyone know what the servers are like now? Thinking of getting it, loved it on the PS3 & wouldn't mind playing it again on my gaming rig.

Really, use what u like and stop with the elitist rubbish.
Some people prefer controllers, some do not. Why do u need to contribute.
The post regarding no controller support was useful to many.

Who mentioned elitist?
I play on PC and Console, and I prefer to play FPS's on PC with K+M.I play other games on PC with an XBox controller. Just MY opinion.
Idiot.

Haven't played FPS on PC for a loooong time (think Quake III was my last), but am starting to re-invest into PC gaming now.. surely WASD + mouse is good for this? I can only imagine controller being a hindrance, as mousing seems so much quicker ?

Sorry on reflection this looks like i'm fishing for an argument, it's all subjective I guess, whatever's most comfortable :)

To be fair, some people like myself, who play majority of pc games with keyboard and mouse, still tend to use a controller when playing some games, including fps, on my TV via hdmi, so in that sense it would have been nice to have that support for instances like that. Maybe that's why the original poster is bummed out.

Well if there's still 1000+ users on black ops 2 for the Wii U, there sure as hell are people still playing this on a pc :)

I use a controller for all pc games but then I have my pc under the tv and play from the sofa so the keyboard mouse is a no go. I'm sure the controller isn't as accurate but the idea of being sat at a desk for hours on end playing a game sounds like hell!!

Not to criticise anybodies playing style i.e. controller but be warned if you do go onto multiplayer as you will get thrashed.

Plus I would have been happier if it was MW or MW2

It won't let me make a payment.

My paypal account is bugged. I used to make payments with my credit card before but they took that option out. I don't know why but I can't buy this game now.

Sold. They price gouged this item for years.

Will work fine with a steam controller, which frankly unless you have been crippled by the xbox claw and can't shift to a looser grip for PS style controllers is the best investment a PC gamer that likes to use a controller can make.
