Great deal considering strategy guide is about £10-£12 on its own!

You have to pre-order a copy of the pack by paying a £5 refundable deposit and this comes off the £36.97 so you would be paying £31.97 when you collect it.

Deal isnt as simple as this - not OP's fault but the Asda Marketing has got it so wrong

of all the deals recently this seems ok as you are getting the 2 extra bits for a few quid and you can go get the game on the morning of release
#5
seems others agree as its gone from -6 to -2

In those pictures, it Looks like £36.97 is only for the game

Who marked this as expired? It's not expired!

I asked at the counter specifically if I pre-ordered and paid the deposit would I be paying £36.97 for the game, tshirt and guide and the lady said yes. It's for pre-orders only so get in there quick. £36.97 would be for the game on it's own once the pre-order quota has been filled.

Any pre-order with asda is a premium pack, and £36.97 is the current released standard pricing, its not the opening day pricing levels. Asda still dont know them.

Any pre-order is premium pack really??
If asda do not knoe the price were does £36.97 come from??
#12
Well look at it this way, even if Asda have it for £29 on release day, you would still only be paying £29 for the game, tshirt and guide so it's even better if Asda drop the price.
#13
Tried to preorder at store the adsa bundle 2 days ago - was told by 3 stores - can only pre-order this bundle up to 2 weeks before release. Offer no longer applicable.
That's Asda's policy so that they can determine how many copies they need to order.
You can buy the bundled package online however £44.97 plus postage & Packaging .
Hope this clarifys the situation. Link to bundle below - think there are better deals coming on the game alone.

As stated above I was also told the same in asda today so the only way you can gt one is if your store still has pre-orders left. My local said they are getting extra copies in for the midnight launch but reckon they are opening the line at 6pm for the daft people that want to wait for a copy
Have got a copy pre-ordered at gamestation today and they said they will price match if they are beaten on price but will be checking best buy on the way with the rumour they are selling for £24.99
#15
Boz - if that's the case then I apologise to everyone, I assumed they would still be taking pre-orders at least until the weekend was over, my bad.

Good job I already pre-ordered mine from there a few weeks back, hopefully this means that anyone who did pre-order will get it at this price :)
#16
Yes I was gutted but seems morrisons & Sainsbury's have some good deals.
#17
Best buy had 500 earlier today on sale for £29.99 on their website. Sold in an hour. I doubt £24.99 is true...
#18
the £24.99 is when u buy it with any chart game as well
#19
Well lets put it this way, ive pre-ordered the game from asda, £5 deposit, and on my ticket it says Xbox 360 COD Prem, and they said the game would be definately below £40, but this was likely to change just for the first 24 hours.

Asda's shelved pricing in the picture is there standard RRP pricing. There not allowed to release unconfirmed special offer pricing to the public, its misleading to the consumer.
#20
This deal is £45 online at mo, intersting to see how much it transpires to be in store!
#21
Which ASDA was this taken in?
#22
Its going to be £39.99 in Morrisons or £29,99 when purchased when any other chart game.
#23
Had mine preordered in Asda for a few weeks, i'd be happy at a £36.97 price tbh - with the tshirt and strategy guide, thats a pretty good price. Still think it might go cheaper still.
#24
Dont get why this is cold, its £36, £1 above the tesco deal, yet you get a strat guide and a t-shirt.

Plus it might be coming down even more.. I hope its £25 with a chart game, im after Fable III so thatd work well for mee

Its only cold because there are cheaper pre-orders, people forget that the supermarket war is all but confirmed on this one, just the prices aint.
#26
Its cheaper for the game alone, but for the game, stratergy and t shirt, im not seein anywere as cheap?
#27
Its not as cheap anywhere else, definitely shouldnt be voted cold imo, as the OP states, the strategy guide alone is worth another £10-12 and the tshirt would no doubt sell for a similar price also.

The supermarket price war is hardly confirmed either, so far Sainsbury's is about the only place still left with the rumoured £25 price. Morrisons rumour of £25 appears to be false, its being marked up at £39.99 there or £29.99 with another game according to their staff.
#28
its £44 for the tshirt, strat guide and game my mates done the preorder
#29

Asda pre order showing as despatched, do you think may deliver tomorrow?
#38
Of all the Black Ops deals I've seen so far this is the best one as you're getting the t-shirt and guide too. Do you have to go instore to pre order it?
banned#39
