If you do not use the Services for a period of 80 days, then this agreement will terminate automatically and shall be deemed terminated by you. Non-usage shall mean that you have not made a chargeable outgoing call for a continuous period of 80 days.
#18
Promotion ends 30th April 2009, terms and conditions apply or so it says on web site!
banned#19
Well this is a terrific deal, if you top up with 5 quid, every 80 days just call anyone (other than a lebara mobile) for a second and you get another 80 days of free calls, that 5 quid should last years!

My daughter came over from OZ and she got a card and as i was on Lebara we could text each other for nothing and call but when ever we tried to call each other we kept being cut off. Its near on impossible to get the settings to send MMS.
Lebara piggy backs on Vodaphone network .
I have 18 of these sims if any one wants one and lives near Henley on Thames and wants to pick some up they are welcome .
I text my friend to buy me a sim from ebay and by mistake she ordered 20 of them !
No its not finished ! strange cause they usually text to say there is a offer on and the text i got said it ended .
#22
how come is costs 10p to phone uk landlines yet 4p to phone romania?
#23
Lebara is really good, they run off either Voda or O2's network, I use it to call long distance all the time.

Promotion ends 30th June 2009, terms and conditions apply

I note that you can also get £5 credit by transferring your existing number. If you have got some spare SIMs from other networks you can give Lebara a try without risk - other than the cost of obtaining a couple of Lebara SIMs.
#26
pretty good international rates
#27
OK, so if I'm right you can use your vodaphone locked handset, without unlocking it - I am presently using a phone locked to vodaphone with an ASDA sim - both Lebara and ASDA use the the vodaphone network.

Good deal

"a chargeable outgoing call for a continuous period of 80 days"

Thats gonna be one expensive call :)

Cold from me, it expires soon, it's not forever.....

I think you must make use of your call time in a 90 day period otherwise you will lose it and if you don't use the sim at all for 6 months the sim itself will be deactivated.
#31
so does the 'free sim' promotion end at the end of june, or is it the free calls that end - could be a bit chilly, if it's the free calls that end.

Anyone? Anyone?

Go to http://www.lebara-mobile.co.uk/en/lebara_free_lebara.php

It ends end of June. Same offer is from Lycamobile (they use orange).. I already knew about this deal but I though isn't worth it.....
#33
Thanks sconto - think I'll stick with ASDA

Quoting from that link "Promotion ends 30th June 2009, terms and conditions apply"

I take that to mean that the offer ends at that date, not that the free lebara to lebara stuff ends on that date.
#35
voted cold, who has a lebara sim card? none of my friends do...
#36
I bought one of these from Asda for £1.
#37
Just rang them and the free calls end 30th June 2009.

Also you are billed by the minute even on the free calls.

I called them and the person on the phone said that it will stop on 30/06. It might be extended but it's not sure....

Its the same thing with lyca mobile, and has been going on for ages now. Good deal though for those that didnt know about it. Personally, i would just get voda family pack for £5 a month, which enables unlimited calls between 4 sims.
#40
o2 free calls and texts to 10 o2 numbers for £5 a week, I top up £15 every 3 months, in the first month you get 300 free texts to any uk mobile network too, only good if everyone you know are on o2, in my case I force them to join o2 lol

Voted cold from me, would be decent if more people were on lebara and they extended the period.
