Will the law of supply and demand help us if we dont buy thereby driving the price down? I want it but not at that price.
Looks like it's gone up now so deal expired. Obviously it's not cheaper than £870 on eBay as no Sony UK Warranty etc.. etc..

cheaper on eBay can find
have my thanks you do yoda

cheaper on eBay can find

Bear in mind those cheaper Ebay items are grey imports so not a fair comparison.

Seems to be £973 now?

Hello! The big deal with going Pentax over other brands is their willingness to put features into their low end models that Canon or Nikon reserve for the "pro" models, like twin control dials and weather sealing. However, this has neither. It is the cheapest camera with in-body stabilisation with anywhere near this spec though, so the excellent sensor might just make it a go-er.

If you want better control dials and weather seals, find the K-50, it's still ace. Slightly inferior sensor though.

the k-50, even used, seems to be a lot more expensive than this one, not far from the £400 of the ks2 when on offer, and the difference in IQ between ks1 and k-50 should be noticeable..

Was 100% buying this but after looking about the major downfall is the COST of the lenses and the small amount! I know you can adapt pretty much any lens onto it but with the loss of some features or at a slow rate?
Question is, this...D750 or 5D M3.

What you guys think cause im lost!!!!!!! :?
Or a non-biased answer. Pick each one up and see how it feels I your hand. Mirrorless cameras to me don't fit right, feel like toys.
Canon and Nikon have different layouts to accustom to.
Sony allows any lens to fit, Canon Goes back to about 1995I think for comparability where as Nikon is about 1960. (I could look up dates but these are rough not accurate). So plenty to choose from.

Well I'm biased but the D750.
It came second to the Sony for DSLR of the year on DPRreview I think it was. A friend has one and on other has the D800. The D750 is way more than enough for the average photographer. Especially with say the £140 50mm AF-S f1.8.
i sold myself short and bought the D610 but at the time it was £800 cheaper. So got a 24-70 f2.8 instead :)

I've had my A7 II for a few weeks now, absolutely love it. It's definitely not for everyone, but the combination of full frame image quality in a body barely any larger than premium M43 cameras it's really nice for hobbyists who want to travel light.
have you had any other system before?
I've been a Canon user for the last couple of years.
