  No pump included, so you'll need a separate pump as well. Or lungs like Lance Armstrong. Most foot pumps will include the attachment for inflating these.

  Ideally both, or at least these and a duvet. These are only to be used as a mattress but are much comfier than traditional roll out camping mats.
  
  Heat added - decent price for these made by a well respected brand, though they are on sale for a similar price elsewhere but many other sites add additional postage.

  That seems a good alternative, the only issue is that needs 4 D batteries.
  I am looking for a good manual pump, if I find it let you know.

  I find this very attractive. If you use it as a double bed, the fact the two mattresses are independent it is very useful to smooth the movements.
  Besides if you use it as a single bed, you can put one mattress above the other and make it extra comfy. I think it is a very versatile product.

  we bought this / these 2 yrs ago for camping and have nad no problems with it
  
  better than a double as easier to inflate / move around and you also dont tend to get the "roll towards the middle" effect! lol
  
  also good if you only need a single one time or a double height single etc

  For a good manual pump try searching for 'cyclaire' on eBay or other such sites.
  
  It's very quick to pump up with minimal effort.
  
  Only consideration is to be careful with your footwear when using. A friend once gashed his trainer on the pull cord. Hope this helps. M
