Just to let people know, in my store it was nowhere near the pet stuff, it was down with the Air fresheners, and Neutradol type sprays and stuff.

Is it as effective as brands like RIP Flea?

We got some from the vets at the weekend for £8 (£9 in a random online store) so if this is as good - it's a great price.

Pesky little ******s.

Not sure, just gave the house a quick once over so will let you know.

I know last year we used front line from the vets but the total thing cost us almost £100 for both cats to be done and the household stuff.

This will be nowhere near frontline but thought I would give it a go for the price. I use canac flea repellent for the cats, but that just repels so you need to hoover often and use household spray to kill them and the eggs.

I would use frontline all the time but lost my job this year so decided to try other methods, it is not as useful and you need to do it every week, I think this stuff will be the same, it does work, just you need to use it all the time,ie weekly.

Even still, at 99p for something that kills fleas is great, normal household fly spray is about 99p and that does not usually kill fleas outright.

Excuse my ignorance, over the last few months when sitting at my computer I have started to itch and feels like something is crawling on me. Never seen a flea or had any bites, so If i bought this would I just spray the room with it or spray things like sofa, chairs, carpet etc.

For all we know it could be some sort of allergy causing the itching, in which case it will do nothing, or even make it worse... if you can see them fair enough, but I personally don't spray pesticides which inevitably end up on and in me and round the house unnecessarily!

Fleas and the eggs are not that hard to find IF you/the house have them. As others have mentioned vacuum cleaning carefully done cuts the numbers of eggs too, although as cat & dog fleas are a bit sticky it's not a total answer.
